«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախընտրական Հայաստանի տխրահռչակ ավանդույթները դրսևորվելու ավելի մեծ հնարավորություններ են ստանում ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի շնորհիվ: Բազմապատկվում է պատգամավորության թեկնածուների թիվը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ բազմապատկվում է նաև քաղաքական ասելիքի այն անապատը, որն առանց այն էլ պատել է քաղաքական խոսքի ասպարեզը: Քարոզարշավն, ըստ այդմ, դառնում է ավելի ներառական, մեկի փոխարեն տպվում է տասը քարոզչական թերթիկ, տասը քարոզչական պաստառ, տասը քարոզչական լոզունգ:

Խնդիրն անշուշտ ռեյտինգային համակարգը չէ: Խնդիրը քաղաքական խոսքի և մտքի բացակայությունն է: Ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգն ընդամենը դառնում է գործիք խոսքի և մտքի բացակայությունն ավելի ակներև դարձնելու համար: Հետևաբար պետք է նաև մտածել՝ ռեյտինգային համակարգը վերացնելով՝ մտքի և խոսքի բացակայությունը կլուծվի՞, թե՞ ոչ: Գուցե լուծվի քաղաքական կոչվող խոսքի տակ թաքնված օդի տատանման ծավալների նվազեցման խնդիրը, բայց այդ օդը բովանդակությամբ հագեցնելու խնդիրը առավել բարդ է, վեր ռեյտինգային կամ այլ ընտրակարգերի հարցից:

Նախընտրական շրջափուլերը դարձել են յուրատեսակ լակմուսի թղթեր, որոնք ի ցույց են դնում քաղաքական բովանդակության սնանկությունը: Այդ սնանկության պատճառները պետք է փնտրել թե՛ հասարակության ներքևից եկող պահանջարկի բովանդակության մեջ, թե՛ քաղաքական ուժերի կողմից իջեցվող առաջարկի: Ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանը հյուծում են ոչ թե նախատեսված ու չնախատեսված ընտրություններն իրենց նախընտրական շրջաններով, այլ այդ ընթացքում քաղաքական խոսքի բացակայությունը: Ինչպե՞ս հագեցնել այդ բովանդակությունը, ինչպե՞ս անել, որ բուռն և խոստումնալից քարոզարշավից հետո վերջնարդյունքում ինչ–որ բան մնա: Սրանք հարցեր են, որոնք այսօր քաղաքական քննարկումներում մղված են երկրորդ պլան: Դժվար է ասել՝ եթե նմանատիպ հարցերը չեն քննարկվում հիմա, երբ մենք գտնվում ենք բավական վճռական մեկնարկի նախաշեմին, ե՞րբ են դրանք քննարկվելու ընդհանրապես:
