Սյունիքից՝ Աֆղանստան. հարցազրույց ՆԱՏՕ–ում աշխատող միակ հայուհու հետ
SOCIETYԱշխերն Գեւորգյանն արդեն 3.5 տարի է՝ ապրում է Աֆղանստանում եւ աշխատում ՆԱՏՕ–ում՝ որպես մարդկային ռեսուրսների խորհրդատու։
Տեսակապով NEWS.am–ին տված հարցազրույցում Աշխենը պատմում է, որ աշխատանքի համար դիմելիս՝ չէր էլ պատկերացնում, որ հենց ինքն է ընտրվելու։
«Ինտերնետով հայտարարություն տեսա, դիմեցի, հետաքրքիր փուլերի միջով եմ անցել, այնուհետեւ ինձ հրավիրեցին Հոլանդիա հարցազրույցի։ Գնացի, բայց թերահավատ էի, չէի մտածում, որ հենց ես կընտրվեմ հարյուրավոր դիմորդներից։ Չէի հավատում, բավականին տարօրինակ զգացողություն էր, բազմաթիվ միջազգային կառույցների էի դիմել աշխատանքի համար, բայց այս մեկը ստացվեց։ Լուրջ չէի ընդունում եւ չէի հավատում, որ Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչը կարող է աշխատանքի ընդունվել միջազգային կառույցում, բայց փաստորեն, իմ ուժերով կարողացա հայտնվել այնտեղ, որտեղ հայտնվել եմ»,– պատմում է նա։
Աշխենն արմատներով Քաջարանից է, փոքր տարիքում տեղափոխվել է Երեւան։ Առաջին մասնագիտությամբ անգլերենի եւ ֆրանսերենի թարգմանիչ է, այնուհետեւ ավարտել է Ամերիկյան համալսարանն ու ստացել մագիստրոսի կոչում բիզնես կառավարման ոլորտում։ Հայաստանում Աշխենն աշխատել է ՄԱԿ—ի գրասենյակում, ԱՄՆ դեսպանատանը, ապա որոշել կարիերան շարունակել միջազգային այլ կառույցներում։ Ընտանիքը սկզբում ծանր է տարել դստեր որոշումը, բայց հետո համակերպվել են։ ՆԱՏՕ–ի հետ պայմանագիրն ի սկզբանե 1 տարով է եղել, բայց լավ աշխատելու շնորհիվ նա կարողանում է անընդհատ երկարաձգել պայմանագիրը։ Հարցին՝ երբ է մտադիր տեղափոխվել Հայաստան, Աշխենը ժպիտով է պատասխանում. «Ես 2-3 ամիսը մեկ Հայաստան եմ գալիս 2-3 շաբաթով, կարելի է ասել, Հայաստանի ամբողջ անցուդարձին, իրադարձություններին տեղյակ եմ, մասնակից եմ»։
Աշխենը նշում է, որ Աֆղանստանին հեշտ է հարմարվել, քանի որ շատ է սիրում աշխատանքն ու այն թիմը, որի հետ այսօր աշխատում է։ Նրան շատ են օգնում նաեւ Աֆղանստանում ծառայող հայ խաղաղապահները. «Հենց նրանց շնորհիվ է, որ այսօր այս աշխատանքն ունեմ, քանի որ հայը կարող է աշխատել այնտեղ, որտեղ խաղաղապահ զորախումբ ունի։ Շատ եմ հպարտանում մեր տղաներով»։
Նշենք, որ Աշխենը ՆԱՏՕ–ում աշխատող միակ հայուհին է։
