SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության առաջին փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Արարատ Միրզոյանը վերահաստատել է, որ բացառվում է, որ առանց մարդկանց համաձայնության հարկային բեռ ավելացվի:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Արարատ Միրզոյանն այս մասին գիրառում է կատարել «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում:
«Սիրելիներս, հարգելիներս, կարող եք իհարկե շարունակել քննադատել (միտումնավոր մանիպուլացնելով, թե իսկապես հարցի մեջ մի փոքր անգամ չխորանալով՝ էական չի), բայց ախր ինչքան հնարավոր է պարզ եմ ասել՝ բացառվում է, որ առանց մարդկանց համաձայնության հարկային բեռ ավելացվի: Իսկ քննարկվող գաղափարը հայտարարագրումն է, ոչ թե հարկումը։ Ու ամենակարևորը՝ հայտարարագրման ժամանակ բոլորովին պարտադիր չէ, որ հայտարարագրված գումարը հարկվի»,- գրել է Միրզոյանը։
Սոցիալական ցանցերում լայն քննարկման առարկա է դարձել ՊԵԿ-ի գաղափարը՝ եկամուտների համատարած հայտարարագրման մասին: Սոցիալական ցանցերում մտահոգություններ են հնչում, որ դրանով հարկվելու են նաև արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնած քաղաքացիները, տրանսֆերտները, գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտում գործունեություն ծավալող անձինք: Նոյեմբերի 19-ին կառավարության արտահերթ նիստի ընթացքում թեմային անդրադարձավ ՀՀ առաջին փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Արարատ Միրզոյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ առանց հանրային լայն քննարկման և մարդկանց համաձայնության հարկայիւն բեռի ավելացումը բացառվում է: Այնուհետև ՊԵԿ նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանը կառավարության արտահերթ նիստից լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հերքեց խոսակցությունները, թե պատրաստվում են հարկել տրանսֆերտները և գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գործունեություն ծավալողներին՝ շեշտելով, որ տրանսֆերտները երկիր են մտնում որպես սպառման գումար, իսկ սպառումը հարկվել չի կարող, իսկ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում գործունեություն ծավալող քաղաքացիները ազատված են եկամտային հարկից:
