Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը Յագլանդի հետ քննարկել է ԵԽ-ում շահարկվող խնդիրները
POLITICSՆոյեմբերի 20-ին աշխատանքային այցով Ստրասբուրգում գտնվող ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հանդիպում ունեցավ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Գլխավոր քարտուղար Թորբյորն Յագլանդի հետ։
ԱԳՆ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը եւ ԵԽ գլխավոր քարտուղարը բարձր գնահատեցին Հայաստանի եւ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի միջեւ հաստատված արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, մտքեր փոխանակեցին կազմակերպությունում Հայաստանի ներգրավվածությանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցերի շուրջ։
Կարեւորելով ԵԽ դերը ժողովրդավարության եւ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության գործում՝ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մնացականյանն ընդգծեց, որ գալիք տարի կազմակերպության 70-ամյա հոբելյանը լավ հանգրվան է հանդիսանալու ամփոփելու համար արձանագրված ձեռքբերումները եւ ուրվագծելու հետագա գործունեության հիմնական ուղղությունները:
Զրուցակիցները մտքեր փոխանակեցին Հայաստան-Եվրոպայի խորհուրդ գործողությունների ծրագրի արդյունավետ իրականացման, գործողությունների նոր ծրագրի մշակման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքների շուրջ:
Անդրադառնալով կազմակերպության առջեւ ծառացած մարտահրավերներին՝ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մնացականյանը Հայաստանի լիակատար աջակցությունն հայտնեց դրանց դիմագրավման ուղղությամբ գործադրվող ջանքերին՝ ուղղված կազմակերպության գործունեության արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը եւ հեղինակության ամրապնդմանը:
Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն իր մտահոգությունը հայտնեց կառույցում մի շարք հարցերի քաղաքական շահարկման առնչությամբ, մասնավորապես այն հարցերի, որոնք վերաբերում են եվրոպական արժեքների առաջմղմանը եւ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը։ Երկուստեք նշվեց վերոնշյալ հարցերի շուրջ համագործակցության համընդհանուրության ապահովման կարեւորությունը:
ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը ներկայացրեց Հայաստանի կառավարության՝ ժողովրդի կողմից տրված լայն մանդատի հիման վրա բարեփոխումների իրականացման ուղղությամբ գրանցած շոշափելի ձեռքբերումները եւ դրական տեղաշարժերը։
Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում կայանալիք արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին՝ նախարար Մնացականյանն ընդգծեց, որ ազատ, արդար եւ թափանցիկ ընտրությունների անցկացումը Հայաստանի կառավարության առաջնահերթություններից է։
Նախարար Մնացականյանը ԵԽ գլխավոր քարտուղարին ներկայացրեց ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը եւ մոտեցումները՝ վերահաստատելով հայկական կողմի հանձնառությունը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակներում հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանը:
