Հայկ Սարգսյանի գործով դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց
SOCIETYԵրևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հետաձգվեց Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանի որդու՝ Հայկ Սարգսյանի գործով դատական նիստը:
Դատական նիստի մեկնարկին նախագահող դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը ներկայացրեց Հայկ Սարգսյանի պաշտպանի՝ Երեմ Սարգսյանի դիմումը, որով նա հայտնել էր, որ գտնվում է Արագածոտնի մարզում և հարգելի պատճառներով չի կարող ներկայանալ դատական նիստին և խնդրում է հետաձգել դատական նիստը:
Հայկ Սարգսյանը ևս չհամաձայնեց առանց իր պաշտպանի ներկայության անցկացնել դատական նիստը:
Այսօր դատարան էր ներկայացել տուժող Դավիթ Սիմոնյանը: Դատարանի հարցին, թե ինչու չէր ներկայանում նիստերին, նա ասաց, որ ծանուցվել է մեկ անգամ և այդ ընթացքում հիվանդության պատճառով ի վիճակի չի եղել ներկայանալ դատարան:
Դատարանը հետաձգեց դատական նիստը՝ բավարարելով պաշտպանի միջնորդությունը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայկ Սարգսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2007 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ին` ժամը 16:00-ի սահմաններում, իր բնակության վայրի` Երևանի Թումանյան փողոցի 11 շենքի 14 բնակարանի նկուղային հարկում գտնվող սենյակում, քննությամբ չպարզված հանգամանքներում ապօրինի ձեռք բերած և պահվող, հրազեն հանդիսացող SIGSAUER տեսակի P266 մոդելի ատրճանակով Դավիթ Աշոտի Սիմոնյանին ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ կրակել է վերջինիս որովայնին, սակայն հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում:
Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 34-104-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով:
Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ Հայկ Սարգսյանը կալանքից ազատ է արձակվել 50 մլն դրամ գրավի դիմաց։
