Ազգային ժողովում մեկնարկել է կառավարության հրավիրած արտահերթ նստաշրջանի 5-րդ նիստը:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ գրանցվել է 100 պատգամավոր: Նիստի մեկնարկին քվեարկության կդրվեն նախորդ օրը քննարկված օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունները:

Հունիսի 18-ի նիստում պատգամավորները երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկել են «Ողջիի, Փխրուտի, Արծվանիկի պոչամբարներում կուտակված և կուտակվող, ինչպես նաև «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ գործունեության արդյունքում գոյացած և գոյացող արտադրական լցակույտերի մշակման ներդրումային ծրագրի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որի  ընդունման արդյունքում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել ներդրումային ծրագիր, որը ենթադրում է Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի պոչամբարներում կուտակված արտադրական լցակույտերի վերամշակում:

Երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել են «ՀՀ քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություն և լրացում կատարելու մասին», «ՀՀ քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» և կից օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթները:

Առաջին ընթերցմամբ պատգամավորները քննարկել են «Ակցիզային հարկի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որով նախատեսվում է բարձրացնել վառելիքի, ծխախոտի և օղու ակցիզային հարկի դրույքաչափերը:

Այնուհետև պատգամավորներն առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել են «Պետական գույքի մասնավորեցման 2006-2007 թվականների ծրագրի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որով առաջարկվում է վերոնշյալ օրենքի մասն կազմող՝ «2006-2007 թվականներին մասնավորեցման առաջարկվող պետական բաժնեմաս ունեցող ընկերությունների թիվ 1 ցանկում ավելացնել նաև «Հայփոստ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը:

Խորհրդարանականները երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել են «Արտոնագրային վճարների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» և «Ավիացիայի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» օրինագծերը:

Առաջին ընթերցմամբ խորհրդարանը քննարկել է «ՀՀ ջրային օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը՝ կից փաթեթով, որը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը: Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ փաթեթի նպատակը ջրային ոլորտում մատակարարման կառավարման ու կարգավորման գործառույթների հստակ տարանջատումն է, ինչի դեպքում ակնկալվում է ջրային ոլորտում ստեղծել իրավասու մարմինների առավել արդյունավետ համակարգ:

Առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել է «Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Առաքելյանը:Նախաձեռնությամբ առաջարկվում է վեց ամսով երկարաձգել անալոգային հեռարձակումից թվային հեռարձակման անցնելը, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա գործընթացը դարձնել առավել սահուն և ամբողջական: Այդ ընթացքում հնարավոր կլինի հանրությանն առավել արդյունավետ իրազեկել:

Առաջին ընթերցմամբ պատգամավորներն սկսել են քննարկել «Թանկարժեք մետաղների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» նախագիծը: Հարցի քննարկումը կշարունակվի հունիսի 19-ի նիստում:
