Մերժվածներն ու «սկզբունքայինները». «Փաստ»
ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Իշխանության նախընտրական ցուցակներում չհայտնվելը, իսկ մինչ այդ էլ կառավարման ապարատում պաշտոններ չստանալը դարձել է սկզբունքայնության յուրահատուկ մոտիվացիա: Շատերը, որոնք փորձել են, բայց չեն հայտնվել նախընտրական ցուցակներում կամ կառավարության միջանցքներում, սրտնեղում են իշխանության պահվածքից, խոսում են այն մասին, թե իբր իրենց արժանիքներն ըստ արժանվույն չեն գնահատվել: Բնականաբար, ինչպես սովորաբար եղել է և լինում է, մերժվելուց հետո այդ մարդիկ հայտնվում են ընդդիմության ճակատի առաջին գծում:
Ազնիվ չի լինի ասել, որ սա նոր երևույթ է: Իշխանությունից մերժվելուց հետո «արմատական» ընդդիմության ճակատում հայտնվելու դրսևորումները նախկինում էլ էին հաճախակի: Ավելին՝ դրանք երբեմն դառնում էին ընդդիմադիր տրամադրությունների ձևավորման հետևանք: Օբյեկտիվորեն, իհարկե, այն մարդիկ, ովքեր տեղ չունեն իշխանության ներսում, պետք է փորձեն իրենց քաղաքական ամբիցիաներն իրացնել ընդդիմության դերում: Բայց խոսքն այս դեպքում առավելապես ոչ թե քաղաքական ամբիցիաների, քաղաքական հայացքների հիմքով առաջացած տարաձայնությունների մասին է, այլ բացառապես պահի պատեհապաշտության, նեղացկոտության, այլ կերպ ասած՝ պարզ «աբիժնիկության»:
Բայց այս ամենով հանդերձ, մերժվելուց և միանգամից սկզբունքային դիրքավորվելու դրսևորումներն առավելապես բարոյականության դաշտում են: Քաղաքական իմաստով խնդրի արմատներն ավելի խորն են: Թե՛ նախկինում, թե՛ հիմա հայաստանյան կուսակցությունները, հատկապես իշխող կուսակցությունները այդպես էլ չեն ձևավորել, չեն սահմանել համագործակցության այնպիսի առանցքներ, մեխանիզմներ, որոնք կբացառեն պահի պատեհապաշտությունն ու քաղաքական համագործակցությունը կկառուցեն արժեքների, սկզբունքային հարցերում ընդհանրությունների, ծրագրերի ու գաղափարախոսությունների հիմքով: Քանի դեռ այս ամենը չկա, պատեհապաշտությունը միշտ էլ տեղ է ունենալու քաղաքական կյանքում, միգուցե ոմանք մերժվելու են ու պատեհապաշտությունից անցում կատարեն խիստ սկզբունքայնության դաշտ, միգուցե ոմանք էլ չեն մերժվելու ու դառնալու են պատեհապաշտներ՝ պետական կառավարման լծակներով (ինչն ավելի վատ է):
