Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը մասնակցել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի նախարարների կոմիտեի հանդիպմանը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՆոյեմբերի 21-ին ՀՀ արտգործնախարարի պաշտոնակատար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը մասնակցեց Եվրոպայի խորհրդի նախարարների կոմիտեի 1329-րդ հանդիպմանը, որի շրջանակներում կազմակերպության նախագահությունը Խորվաթիայից փոխանցվեց Ֆինլանդիային:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հանդես եկավ ելույթով, որում շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Խորվաթիային հաջող նախագահության անցկացման համար: Անդրադառնալով խորվաթական նախագահության առաջնահերթություններին՝ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարն ընդգծեց դրանց շարքում ընդգրկված կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի կարևորությունը և այս ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի նոր կառավարության կողմից գործադրվող ակտիվ ջանքերը:
ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատարն իր խոսքում նշեց, որ ներկայացնում է մի կառավարություն, որն իշխանությունը ստանձնել է ժողովրդավարական հզոր շարժման՝ Թավշյա հեղափոխության արդյունքում: Բայց փոփոխությունները չկատարվեցին պարզապես մեկ ամսում: Դրանք մեր երկրում հասարակության ժողովրդավարական կարողությունների հետևողական ամրապնդման արդյունքն էին, որոնք ընդգրկել էին հանրության բոլոր շերտերը: Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը նշեց, որ սա նաև Եվրոպայի խորհրդի և այս շրջանակներում գործընկերների հետ համագործակցության արդյունքն է:
Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը բարձր գնահատեց նաև խորվաթական նախագահության շրջանում մշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ իրականացված աշխատանքները՝ կարևորելով ԵԽ անդամ երկրների՝ այս ոլորտում միասնաբար գործելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Այս համատեքստում նա հավելեց. «Մենք ականատես ենք եղել աշխարհի տարբեր հատվածներում մշակութային ժառանգությանը, ներառյալ հայկական մշակութային ժառանգությանը հասցված էական ու անդառնալի վնասներին»:
Նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը նշեց, որ մի ժամանակահատվածում, երբ առերեսվում ենք բազմակողմ ձևաչափում միջազգային համագործակցության ճգնաժամի ահագնացող մարտահրավերիներին, երկրների հավաքական պարտականությունն է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի 70-ամյակին ընդառաջ մշակել հզոր ուղերձներ՝ ցույց տալու, որ այդ Կազմակերպությունն արդիական և գործուն է: Այս համատեքստում նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մնացականյանն իր զորակցությունը հայտնեց Ֆինլանդիայի նախագահությանը Կազմակերպության գալիք 70-րդ հոբելյանական տարում, ինչպես նաև հատուկ շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Գլխավոր քարտուղարին Կազմակերպության նկատմամբ իր ամուր հանձնառության համար:
