Շիրակում ոչնչացման եզրին գտնվող 21 որմնանկարից 12-ն արդեն վերականգնված են

Շիրակի մարզում ավելանում է վերականգնվող որմնանակարների թիվը: 1988 թվականի Սպիտակի երկրաշարժից փլուզված կամ վթարային շինություններում գտնվող որմնանկարները երկար տարիներ հայտնվել էին անմխիթար վիճակում: Կարևորելով խնդիրը` ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարությունը 2007 թվականին նախաձեռնեց հրատապ ու ամրակայման կարիք ունեցող որմնանկարների հետագա անվտանգ պահպանությանն ուղղված համալիր ծրագիրը, որն իրականցվում է պետություն-մասնավոր հատված, պետություն-միջազգային կառույց համագործակցության ձևաչափով: Այս ընթացքում Շիրակի մարզում գրանցված և վերականգնման ենթակա 21 որմնանկարից արդեն վերականգնված է 11-ը: Որմնանկարների մեծ մասը՝ 12-ը, Մինաս Ավետիսյանի ստեղծագործություններն են:
«Շատ կարևոր է, որ այս վերականգնված որմնանկարները գտնվում են նաև համայնքներում՝ Գյումրիում, Վահրամաբերդում, Ազատանում: Այս գործընթացները պետությունը չէր կարող իրականացնել, եթե չլիներ պետություն-մասնավոր համագործակցությունը: Տարբեր ժամանակներում պետության կողքին կանգնել են անհատ ձեռներեցներ, իսկ այս փուլի համար մեր կողքին կանգնած է նաև ԱՄՆ հիմնադրամը: Այս տարիների ընթացքում ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարությունն ակտիվ համագործակցել է տարբեր կառույցների՝ այդ թվում նաև մարզային և քաղաքային կառույցների, ինչպես նաև «Մինաս Ավետիսյան&ra quo; հիմնադրամի հետ: 21 որմնանկարից 12-ի ճակատագիրն արդեն լուծված է: Անշուշտ, մենք այս ծրագիրը մինչև վերջ կհասցնենք իր ավարտին»,- Գյումրի կատարած այցի ժամանակ նոյեմբերի 9-ին նշեց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Հասմիկ Պողոսյանը՝ կարևորելով բոլոր կառույցների համակարգված աշխատանքը հանուն մշակութային արժեք ներկայացնող որմնանկարների վերականգնման:
ՀՀ պետբյուջեից հատկացված միջոցներով ամրակայվել և վերականգնվել են Մինաս Ավետիսյանի «Հանդիպում», «Թորոս Ռոսլինի ծնունդը», «Աղբյուրի մոտ», «Խաչքարի մոտ» և «Հայաստան» որմնանկարները: Մասնավոր միջոցներով վերականգնվել և ամրակայվել են Մինաս Ավետիսյանի «Երկանք», «Թել եմ մանում» և «Գորգ են գործում» որմնանկարները, Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի միջոցներով՝ Մինաս Ավետիսյանի «Հայկական հովվերգությունը», իսկ արդեն ԱՄՆ դեսպանի մշակութային արժեքների պահպանության հիմնադրամի միջոցներով՝ Ռաֆա յել Աթոյանի «Ջաղացի ճանապարհին» գործը: Այս տարի նույն հիմնադրամը ձեռնարկել է նաև մեկ այլ հեղինակի՝ Հակոբ Հակոբյանի «Սարերում» որմնանկարի վերականգնման ու ամրակայման աշխատանքները:
