SOCIETYՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը շուրջ 150 փոքր ՀԷԿ-երում հայտնաբերել է խախտումներ, որոնք վերաբերում են հատկապես ջրաչափերի բացակայությանը: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում հայտարարեց Գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ այդ ամբողջով մեկ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, որը գտնվում է նախաքննության փուլում:
«Բայց ամբողջ խնդիրը նրանում է, որ մենք ոլորտի խնդիրներ ունենք, որոնցով կարելի է քրեական գործի արդյունքներին չսպասել և իրավական կարգավորումներով անցնել առաջ: Մասնավորապես, մեր համար ի՞նչն էր հիմնական խնդիր առաջացնում: Մինչև հիմա մենք չունենք այս տեսակի իրադրություններում վնասի հաշվարկման մեթոդ: Այդ նույն ջրաչափերի բացակայության դեպքում մենք չունենք հաշվարկման մեթոդ, որպեսզի պարզենք, թե իքս էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրելու համար որքան ջուր են իրենք սպառել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց գլխավոր դատախազը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ իրավական կարգավորումներով դաշտն այսօր հստակեցնելու հնարավորություն կա: Իսկ քրեական գործով կպարզվեն բոլոր այն պատասխանատու անձինք, ովքեր պետք է հետևեին, որպեսզի լիցենզիային համապատասխան լիներ ջրօգտագործումը, բայց դա չի իրականացվել:
