 Թուրքիայի դատավորների և դատախազների բարձրագույն խորհուրդը Հրանտ Դինքի գործը քննող դատախազ Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուի դեմ հետաքննություն է սկսել:

Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական «Զաման» պարբերականը:

Նշվում է, որ հետաքննությունն իրականացվելու է այն հիմնավորմամբ, թե Քյոքչուն մամուլին տվել է տեղեկատվութուն, որն անել իրավասու չի եղել: Դատավորների և դատախազների բարձրագույն խորհուրդը կարող է Դինքի գործի քննությունը վերցնել Գյոքալփի ձեռքից, քանի դեռ հատուկ հսկիչներն անհրաժեշտ ուսումնասիրություն չեն իրականացրել:

Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուն ավելի վաղ Դինքի սպանության գործով պատրաստել էր մեղադրական ակտ, որով պահանջում էր ձերբակալել մի շարք նախկին պաշտոնյաների և նրանց դատապարտել մինչև 25 տարվա ազատազրկման: Մասնավորապես, նա պահանջում էր քրեական օրենսգրքի 83-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն դատական գործ հարուցել Տրապիզոնի անվտանգության հետախուզական վարչության նախկին ղեկավար, ներկայում հետախուզական գրասենյակի ղեկավար Էնգին Դինչի, Տրապիզոն նահանգի անվտանգության նախկին ղեկավար Ռեշաթ Ալթայի և Ստամբուլ նահանգի անվտանգության հետախուզական բաժնի ղեկավար Ահմեթ Իլհան ԳյուÕ �երի դեմ: Եթե մեղադրական ակտն ընդունվեր, ապա երեք անձինք կդատապարտվեին 20-25 տարվա ազատազրկման «անփութության հետևանքով կանխամտածված հանցագործությանն աջակցելու» հիմնավորմամբ: Մեղադրական ակտով պահանջվում էր ընդհանուր առմամբ դատական գործ հարուցել 25 պաշտոնյայի նկատմամբ, որոնց թվում են նաև Թուրքիայի ոստիկանության հետախուզության նախկին պետ Ռամազան Աքյուրեքը, հետախուզության C բաժնի նախկին ղեկավար Ալի Ֆուաթ Յըլմազերը, Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահը և այլոք:

«Ակոս» պարբերականի նախկին գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի գործը քննող Ստամբուլի հանրապետական գլխավոր դատախազությունը, սակայն, երկու անգամ հետ էր ուղարկել դատախազ Քյոքչուի պատրաստած մեղադրական ակտերը` դրանցում առկա «թերությունների» հիմնավորմամբ:

2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության է դատապարտվել, անմիջականհանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման: 2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշումէ կայացրել Հրանտ Դի նքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին կառաջադրվի «հանցավոր խմբավորմանստեղծման եւ կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած  9անձանց, այդ թվում` Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ որոշումներ են ընդունվել:
