«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Անզեն աչքով կարելի է նկատել, որ վերջին շրջանում նվազել է ընդհանուր ակտիվությունը հատկապես կայքերում և սոցցանցերում: Սա, իհարկե, կարելի է պայմանավորել Ամանորի հանգամանքով, որին հայերը սկսում են պատրաստվել նախապես՝ մեկ–երկու ամիս առաջ : Բայց հիմնական պատճառը քաղաքական պրոցեսների հանդեպ հետաքրքրության անկումն է, որն էլ իր հերթին պայմանավորված է մի շարք օբյեկտիվ ու սուբյեկտիվ հանգամանքներով:

Օբյեկտիվ հանգամանքների շարքին կարելի է դասել ինտրիգի բացակայությունը քաղաքական պրոցեսներում ու սպասվող խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում: Հաշվի առնելով, որ քաղաքական ու հասարակական դաշտում կա հստակ գիտակցումն առ այն, թե որ ուժն է հաղթելու, նախընտրական պրոցեսն, ըստ այդմ, զրկվում է ինտրիգից: Ինտրիգ, ըստ էության, չկար նաև Երևանի ավագանու և մի շարք համայնքներում տեղի ունեցած ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ժամանակ: Բայց կար վերընտրական, քաղաքական ինտրիգ: Խոսքն, այսպես ասած, հակահեղափոխության վտանգի մասին էր: Այժմ, սակայն, խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացման փաստն ու այդ ընտրությունների կանխատեսելի արդյունքները ինտրիգը հանել են թե՛ ընտրական պրոցեսից, թե՛ քաղաքական պրոցեսներից ընդհանրապես:

Կան, սակայն, սուբյեկտիվ հանգամանքներ ևս: Իշխանության վարքը վերջին շրջանում հուշում  է,  որ նրանք, բախվելով իրականությանը, ստիպված իջեցնում են իրենց իսկ կողմից սահմանված բարձր սպասելիքների շեմը, գցում են հեղափոխության ռիթմը: «Կամաց–կամաց կանենք», «աշխատեք, որ լավ ապրեք», «մեր խնդիրը չթալանելն է, մնացածը քաղաքացին է որոշում» և նմանատիպ այլ ձևակերպումները ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան սպասելիքների շեմի իջեցում: Սպասելիքների բարձր շեմը ենթադրում է իշխանության կողմից պրոակտիվ քաղաքականության իրացում բոլոր ճակատներով: Սակայն այժմ պրոակտիվություն եթե կա էլ, ապա բացառապես կուսակցության կայացման ճակատում:
