Փորձագետի կարծիքով՝ հեղափոխության օրերին դասական մեդիայի կշիռը նվազել է, իսկ նոր մեդիայինը՝ զգալիորեն ավելացել
SOCIETYՀեղափոխության ընթացքում մեդիապատկերը Հայաստանում փոխվել է: Զգալիորեն ավելացել է նոր մեդիայի դիտելիությունը, իսկ հին մեդիայինը նվազել է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ «Մեդիայի դերը փոփոխվող աշխարհում» միջազգային լրատվական համաժողովի ընթացքում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց Կովկասի ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատող Հրանտ Մելիքյանը:
«Հեղափոխության ընթացքում մեդիապատկերը Հայաստանում փոխվեց: Մայիսի 12-ին ապրիլի 1-ի համեմատ մոտավորապես երկու անգամ ավելացել է նոր մեդիաների, YouTube-ի ալիքներին բաժանորդագրվողների քանակը: Իսկ դասական մեդիաների՝ հեռուստաալիքների բաժանորդագրվողների քանակն աճել է ընդամենը 5 տոկոսով: Եթե ապրիլի 1-ին դասական մեդիաներն ունեին գերակշռող դիրք՝ մոտավորապես մինչ 80 տոկոս, ապա մեկ ու կես ամսվա ընթացքում այդ տոկոսը նվազեց և դարձավ մոտ 63 տոկոս: Շատ կարճ ժամանակում փոփոխություն տեղի ունեցավ»,- նկատեց Մելիքյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ հեղափոխության ժամանակ օրական կտրվածքով մեդիայի դիտելիությունը մոտ 10 անգամ աճել է: Տեսանյութերի դիտումների քանակն ապրիլի 23-ին կազմել է 12 մլն՝ հիմնական 8 ալիքներից: Մելիքյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ողջ աճն ամբողջովին նոր մեդիաներ այցելությունների հաշվի է գրանցվել: «Դասական մեդիաների կշիռը սկսել է նվազել և ապրիլի 16-ին այն հասել է շատ ցածր մակարդակի»,- նշեց նա:
Հայկական PR ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Աստղիկ Ավետիսյանը նկատեց՝ ԶԼՄ-ն այսօր լուրջ մարտահրավերների առջև են կանգնած: «Քաղաքական գործըթնացները լուսաբանելու անկողմնակալությունն ու մասնագիտական վարքագիծն առաջնային են դառնում»,- ասաց Ավետիսյանը:
Փորձագետ Վարդանուշ Մինասյանն անդրադարձավ համացանցի տիրույթում խոսքի ազատությանը: Նա նկատեց, որ համացանցային միջավայրն ավանդական միջավայրի նման չէ: «Բոլոր գործընթացները համացանցում կատարվում են առանց կենտրոնական կառավարման և համակարգման: Չկա հստակ կանոն, որը կարգավորում է համացանցում խոսքի ազատությունը: Այնուամենայնիվ, կան որոշակի կազմակեպություններ, որոնք սահմանում են որոշակի նորմեր համացանցում խոսքի ազատության համար»- եզրափակեց նա:
Երևանում նոյեմբերի 23-ին մեկնարկած «Մեդիայի դերը փոփոխվող աշխարհում» միջազգային լրատվական համաժողովի ընթացքում մեդիա ոլորտի մասնագետներն ու փորձագետները քննարկում են լրատվամիջոցների ապագային վերաբերող հարցերն ու լրատվական ինդուստրիայի զարգացման հեռանկարները:
Մեդիաֆորումը կազմակերպվել է «Արմենպրես» լրատվական գործակալության և ԱՊՀ երկրների ինստիտուտի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի համագործակցությամբ։
