Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում նշված է.
«Սիրելի՛ hայրենակիցներ,
Նոյեմբերի 26-ին մեկնարկում է Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրությունների քարոզարշավը:
Այս ընտրություններն ապրիլ-մայիսյան մեծ փոփոխություններից հետո Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքի կարևորագույն իրադարձությունն են, որի արդյունքները շատ էական են երկրի զարգացման և հեռանկարների առումով:
Յուրաքանչյուրիցս պահանջվում են բարձր պատասխանատվություն և գիտակցություն՝ ինչ պաշտոնում էլ լինենք, ինչ հնարավորություններ էլ ունենանք:
Ուստի դիմում եմ պետական մարմիններին. արժանապատվորեն շարունակե՛ք ձեր օրինական պարտականությունների և սահմանադրական պահանջների կատարումը։ Վստահ եմ, որ ազատ, հավասար ու օրինական ընտրություններն այլևս մեր նոր պատմության անբաժանելի մասն են։
Դիմում եմ ընտրություններին մասնակցող քաղաքական կուսակցություններին և դաշինքներին. հույս ունեմ, որ մեծագույն պատասխանատվությամբ եք մոտեցել ձեր քաղաքական հայտերի՝ թիմերի և ծրագրերի ձևավորմանը: Դրանք ուղենշելու են Հայաստանի հետագա զարգացման ճանապարհները:
Հավատարիմ եղե՛ք ձեր դավանած արժեքներին, միևնույն ժամանակ, հարգալից ու բարեկիրթ՝ միմյանց նկատմամբ։
