Հակոբ Արշակյանը ծանոթացել է Երևան-Սևան-Իջևան միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի նորոգման աշխատանքներին
SOCIETYՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Հակոբ Արշակյանը աշխատանքային շրջայց է կատարել Երևան-Սևան-Իջևան (Մ-4) միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի այն հատվածներ, որտեղ ՀՀ պետբյուջեի պահուստային ֆոնդից ՀՀ վարչապետի հանձնարարականով նախարարությանը տրամադրված լրացուցիչ միջոցների հաշվին նորոգման աշխատանքներ են կատարվել։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, Հակոբ Արշակյանի առաջին կանգառը Երևան-Սևան մայրուղու 32.6-րդ կմ-ում էր, որտեղից սկսած՝ առանձին հատվածներով, ճանապարհի միջին նորոգում է կատարվել։
«Շինարարության պատասխանատուները, ներկայացնելով կատարված աշխատանքները, նշեցին, որ որակական առումով դրանք համապատասխանում են սահմանված բոլոր չափորոշիչներին։ Այդ են փաստում նաև լազերային հարթաչափով արված ստուգաչափումներն ու ասֆալտի հանուկների փորձանմուշները, որոնք կատարվել են «Հայավտոճան»-ի լաբորատոր հետազոտության և ճանապարհի հարթությունը ստուգող ժամանակակից սարքավորումների միջոցով։
Հակոբ Արշակյանը շինարարության պատասխանատուների հետ քննարկեց նաև արագընթաց մայրուղիներում երթևեկության անվտանգությունը բարձրացնելու հնարավորությունները։
Մայրուղու 64-67-րդ կմ հատվածում կատարված միջին նորոգման աշխատանքների որակը ևս գոհացուցիչ էր։ Այստեղ ևս հարթության և հանուկի ցուցիչները նախատեսվածի սահմանում էին։
Այցի ընթացքում նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձրեց նաև ճանապարհների մաքրությանը, ճանապարհային նշանների, անդրադարձիչների առկայությանը, մետաղական արգելափակոցների որակին և ամրությանը։
Վերջին շրջանում հատկապես ճանապարհամերձ հատվածներում ճանշինների կողմից մաքրման լայնածավալ աշխատանքներ են կատարվել։ Բացի աղբից՝ պատշաճ ջրահեռացում ապահովելու համար մաքրվել են նաև արգելափակոցների շրջակայքի և ճանապարհների միջանկյալ հատվածներում կուտակված հողը, կտրատվել են ճանապարհների տեսանելիությանը խանգարող թփերն ու ճյուղերը, լրացուցիչ տեղադրվել են ճանապարհային նշաններ։
Հաջորդ կանգառը Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գագարին համայնք տանող ճանապարհին գտնվող կամրջի հատվածում էր, որտեղ ջրահեռացման բացակայության պատճառով քանդվել էր կամրջին կից հենապատը։ Շինարարների կողմից այստեղ մեծածավալ աշխատանքներ են կատարվել, կատարվել է լիցք, հետագա վթարներից խուսափելու համար կառուցվում է ջրահեռացման նոր համակարգ։
Հակոբ Արշակյանը կանգառ կատարեց նաև Դիլիջանում, որտեղ դեպի Իջևան ձգվող ճանապարհի սկզբնամասում ջրահեռացման խողովակի վթարի պատճառով մեծ փոս էր առաջացել, ինչը խանգարում էր բնականոն երթևեկությանը։
Ճանապարհաշինարարների ուժերով խնդրին ժամանակավոր լուծում է տրվել, մինչև հաջորդ տարի կկատարվեն հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքներ։
Հաջորդը Հաղարծին-Հովք 7,4 կմ երկարությամբ նորոգվող ճանապարհահատվածն էր, որտեղ, անձրևոտ եղանակով պայմանավորված, աշխատանքները դանդաղել էին։ Սակայն վերջին օրերի բարենպաստ եղանակը հնարավորություն էր տվել լայն թափով շարունակելու նորոգման աշխատանքները։ Շինարարները նախարարի պաշտոնակատարին հավաստիացրին, որ կհասցնեն սահմանված ժամկետում ավարտել աշխատանքը։
Ամփոփելով շրջայցի արդյունքները՝ Հակոբ Արշակյանը նշեց, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ գոհ է կատարված աշխատանքներից»:
