Հայաստանը կարևորում է Հարավային Ամերիկայի երկրների հետ հարաբերությունների ակտիվացումը

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին նոյեմբերի 10-ին իր հավատարմագրերն է հանձնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Վենեսուելայի Բոլիվարյան Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Խուան Վիսենտե Պարեդես Տոռեալբան (նստավայրը՝ Մոսկվա): Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Նախագահը շնորհավորել է դեսպանին նշանակման կապակցությամբ և նշել, որ Հայաստանը կարևորում է Հարավային Ամերիկայի տարածաշրջանի երկրների, այդ թվում՝ Վենեսուելայի հետ հարաբերությունների ակտիվացումը:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ պարոն Վիսենտե Պարեդես Տոռեալբան, որպես Հայաստանում Վենեսուելայի առաջին դեսպան, իր գործունեությամբ կնպաստի երկկողմ միջպետական կապերի աշխուժացմանը և ամուր հիմքեր կստեղծի համագործակցության զարգացման համար:
Նախագահը հաջողություն է մաղթել դեսպանին մեր երկրում դիվանագիտական առաքելությունն իրականացնելու գործում: Երկկողմ հարաբերությունների զարգացման տեսանկյունից Հանրապետության Նախագահը կարևորել է փոխադարձ բարձրաստիճան այցերը, ինչպես նաև միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցությունն ու այն զարգացնելու նպատակով Հայաստանի և Վենեսուելայի խորհրդարաններում բարեկամության խմբերի ստեղծումը:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը բարձր է գնահատել միջազգային կառույցներում Հայաստանին վերաբերող կարևորագույն հարցերի քննարկումների ժամանակ Վենեսուելայի դիրքորոշումը և ընդգծել ՄԱԿ-ի ու այլ կազմակերպությունների շրջանակներում փոխշահավետ համագործակցության ակտիվացման անհրաժեշտությունը:
Նախագահը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Վենեսուելայի իշխանություններին և ժողովրդին Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման համար` նշելով, որ իր պատմության ամենաողբերգական իրադարձության՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցը նշող հայ ժողովրդի համար այդ քայլը մեծ նշանակություն ունի, և մեր ժողովուրդն այն մեծապես գնահատում է:
Վենեսուելայի դեսպանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ Նախագահին շնորհավորանքի և բարեմաղթանքների համար՝ վստահեցնելով, որ մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ է ստանձնել պաշտոնն ու իր համար մեծ պատիվ է համարում հնամենի և հարուստ պատմություն ու մշակույթ ունեցող Հայաստանում դիվանագիտական առաքելությունն սկսելը՝ խորը հարգանք տածելով հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ:
ՀՀ Նախագահը և Վենեսուելայի դեսպանը քննարկել են երկկողմ միջպետական հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու և տարբեր ոլորտներում առկա փոխգործակցության ներուժը լիարժեքորեն օգտագործելու հնարավորությունները:
