Վճռաբեկ դատարանը վարույթ է ընդունել Վարդան Պետրոսյանի գործով վճռաբեկ բողոքը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վճռաբեկ դատարանը հունիսի 17-ին վարույթ է ընդունել դերասան Վարդան Պետրոսյանի քրեական գործի վճռաբեկ բողոքը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին հայտնի դարձավ դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից: ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարանը մայիսի 5-ին անփոփոխ թողեց Վարդան Պետրոսյանի գործով Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավճիռը:

Տուժող կողմը պահանջում է բեկանել Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի' Վարդան Եղիշի Պետրոսյանի վերաբերյալ 2015 թվականի հունվարի 29-ի դատավճիռը' ամբաստանյալի նկատմամբ նշանակված պատժի մասով և նշանակել պատիժ՝ ազատազրկում նվազագույնը 6 տարի ժամկետով և 3 տարի ժամկետով զրկում տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու իրավունքից: Բացի այդ, տուժող կողմը պահանջում է նաև հայցի մասով բեկանել Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի վերը նշված դատավճիռը՝ ամբողջությամբ բավարարելով տուժող Տաթևիկ Հակոբյանի առողջությանը պատճառված վնասի մասով ներկայացված հայցապահանջը:

ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահող դատավորն է Դավիթ Ավետիսյանը, դատավորն է Համլետ Ասատրյանը: Վարդան Պետրոսյանի գործով ներկայացրած բողոքի քննության օրը դեռևս հայտնի չէ:

2015 թվականի հունվարի 29-ին Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը 2013 թ. հոկտեմբերի 20-ին տեղի ունեցած ավտովթարի գործում մեղավոր ճանաչեց դերասան Վարդան Պետրոսյանին՝ նրան դատապարտելով 5 տարվա ազատազրկման՝ 2 տարով զրկելով տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու իրավունքից։
