Ռուսաստանը վերահսկողության տակ է վերցնում ադրբեջանական համացանցի կեսը

Ռուսաստանյան «Վիմպելկոմ»-ը ցանկանում է ձեռք բերել վրացական խոշորագույն ինտերնետ-պրովայդերներից մեկը` Caucasus Online-ը:
Այս մասին, այսօր հայտնել է թբիլիսյան «Ռեզոնանսի» թերթը` նշելով, որ լուրը հաստատել է վրացական այդ ընկերության հիմնադիր Մամիա Սանադիրաձեն:
Ռուսաստանյան կապիտալը ակտիվորեն ներկա է Վրաստանի էներգետիկայի, բանկային գործի, գունավոր մետաղների արդյունահանման, ջրամատակարարման եւ այլ ոլորտներում, այժմ էլ պաշտոնական Թբիլիսիի հետ բանակցություններ է վարում Վրաստան գազի առեւտրային մատակարարումների եւ վրացական սեւծովյան նավահանգիստներում ակտիվներ ձեռք բերելու շուրջ:
«Վիմպելկոմ»-ը վրացական շարժական կապի շուկայում ներկա է 2007 թվականից, որում նրա մասնաբաժինը կազմում է 27 տոկոս, ինչը 1,2 մլն-ից ավելի աբոնենտ է նշանակում:
Մամիա Սանադիրաձեն, ով այժմ հիշյալ ընկերության սեփականատերը չէ, հայտնել է, որ գնելով Caucasus Online-ը, «Վիմպելկոմ»-ը կստանա Եվրոպան Ասիայի հետ միացնող 1200 կմ երկարությամբ մալուխը:
Թերթը նշում է, որ նման դեպքում Ռուսաստանը ձեռք կբերի «տեղեկատվական հոսքի վրա վերահսկողության ուժեղ մեխանիզմ»:
Այդ մալուխի շնորհիվ, որն անցնում է Սեւ ծովի հատակով, Caucasus-ը Վրաստանին ապահովում է 55 տոկոս ինտերնետ, Հայաստանին` 85 տոկոս եւ Ադրբեջանին 50 տոկոս ինտերնետ:
Ուշագրավ է, որ օպտիկաթելիկային մալուխը քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով ձեռք բերելու մեջ հետաքրքրություն Ադրբեջանի Azeroline ինտենետ-պրովայդերը ցուցաբերել էր դեռեւս 2007 թվականին, երբ սկսվել էին Սեւ ծովի հատակով մալուխի անցկացման աշխատանքները, ինչն հղի էր այն բանով, որ Ադրբեջանն այդ կերպ իր վերահսկողության տակ կվերցներ հայկական ինտերնետի 85 տոկոսը: Սակայն, այդպես էլ հայտնի չի դարձել, թե ինչ է եղել հետո, եւ այդ կարեւոր ակտիվն այժմ ցանկանում է ձեռք բերել Ռուսաստանը:
