Ջերմուկում մեկնարկեց Գյուղական համայնքների ամենամյա ավանդական հինգերորդ համաժողովը (լուսանկարներ)

Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ու ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանի մասնակցությամբ առողջարանային Ջերմուկում քաղաքում աշխատանքներն է սկսել Գյուղական համայնքների ամենամյա ավանդական հինգերորդ համաժողովը, որի նպատակը տեղական ինքնակառավարման համակարգի եւ գյուղական համայնքների արդիական խնդիրների քննարկումն է՝ ոլորտում ներգրավված բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի մասնակցությամբ:
Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ հատկանշական է, որ ֆորումն անց է կացվում նոյեմբերի 10-ին` Տեղական ինքնակառավարման օրը, և այս առիթով շնորհավորեց ՏԻՄ ներկայացուցիչներին:
«Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի մասին մեր համայնքների ղեկավարները քաջատեղյակ են, քանի որ դրանց մեծ մասն իրականացվում է իրենց անմիջական մասնակցությամբ և աջակցությամբ: Դրանք են մատչելի որակյալ սերմերով, պարարտանյութով, դիզվառելիքով, գյուղատնտեսական մեքենաներով և սարքավորումներով, նոր այգիների տնկման համար բազմատեսակ տնկիներով ապահովման ծրագրերը և այլն։ Տարբեր ուղղություններով առաձնահատուկ ուշադրություն ենք դարձնում նաև ֆերմերային տնտեսություններին: Իմ անմիջական ուշադրության կենտրոնում եղել և մնում են գյուղացու ամենօրյա չարչարանքով ստեղծված գյուղմթերքի իրացման խնդիրները: Միևնույն ժամանակ, իրականացվում են աշխատանքներ՝ ավելի շատ հողատարածքներ ոռոգելի դարձնելու ուղղությամբ»,- ասաց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ մեծ հեռանկար ունի ինտենսիվ գյուղատնտեսությունը, որի վառ ապացույցն է ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների ավելացումը և զարգացումը:
Համաժողովին մասնակցում են պետական, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների, մարզերում տարբեր ծրագրեր իրականացնող տեղական եւ միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, փորձագետներ: Յուրաքանչյուր մարզից համաժողովին մասնակցում է տասը համայնքապետ ու ավագանու հինգ անդամ: Համաժողովը նաեւ լավ հարթակ է՝ գյուղական համայնքների կայուն զարգացման ոլորտում գործող բոլոր դերակատարների հանդիպման, իրականացվող ծրագրերի եւ քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման համար: Համաժողովի շրջանակում կքննարկվեն ՏԻՄ մասին նախագծեր, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացմանը ուղղված նախագծեր, ինչպես նաեւ գյուղական, բնապահպանական եւ զբոսաշրջության զարգացման նախագծեր: Օգտվելով առիթից՝ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց համաժողովին ներկա միջազգային կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներին ՀՀ կառավարությանն օժանդակելու պատրաստակամության համար:
Միջոցառման շրջանակում տեղի ունեցավ «Լավագույն համայնք-2015» մրցանակաբաշխությունը:
