POLITICSՃանապարհային երթեւեկության կանոնների խախտման համար տուգանքներ առավելագույն չափը սահմանափակելու ենք 29 հազար դրամ։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 26-ին, Թալինում «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ժամանակ իր ելույթում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Նա հիշեցրեց, որ նախատեսվում է տաքսիների վարորդների համար հարկային բեռի նվազեցում, բայց շեշտեց՝ եթե քաղաքացին ճանապարհից մարդ վերցնի եւ փորձի վճարովի տեղափոխել, դրա համար մեծ տուգանքներ պետք է վճարի, եւ եթե նրան բռնեցին, շատ մեծ պռոբլեմներ կունենա։
«Բայց մյուս կողմից մենք նաեւ միջոցներ ենք ձեռնարկելու, որ նաեւ երթեւեկության անվտանգությունը բարձրանա։ Դա կանենք ավտոպատասխանատվության ԱՊՊԱ–ների միջոցով եւ ընդհանրապես տուգանքների համակարգը վերափոխելու միջոցով։ Այսօր խախտումների համակարգը աշխատում է այսպես՝ ասում են ախպեր ջան, փողը տուր, ինչ ուզում ես, արա։ Այսինքն՝ եթե մարդը փող ունի, կարող է վճարի ու ոնց ուզում ա, քշի, տուգանվի։ Առավոտը մեկը կարա գրպանը լցնի, ոնց ուզում ա քշի, անցնի, դառնա։ Մենք էդ համակարգը վերացնելու ենք»,–նշեց նա։
Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ նախ տուգանքի առավելագույն չափն է սահմանվելու 29 հազար դրամը. «բայց մյուս կողմից մարդուն չենք ասելու՝ փողը տուր, ինչ ուզում ես, արա։ Բալային համակարգ ենք ներդնելու։ Կոպիտ խախտումների համար բալերից հանվելու են։ Երբ բալերը հավասարվում են զրոյի, այդ վարորդի վարորդական իրավունքը կասեցվելու է։ Սրանով մենք հասնելու ենք նրան, որ լկտի վարորդները զրկվելու են վարորդական իրավունքներից, մեր ճանապարհներին մնալու են նրանք, ովքեր ի վիճակի են կարգապահ վարորդ լինել»,–եզրափակեց նա։
