POLITICSՀայաստանում տեղի ունեցած ոչ բռնի, թավշյա հեղափոխությունը որոշակիորեն քաղաքական իրավիճակ է փոխել, իսկ քաղաքական իրավիճակն ուղղակիորեն ազդում է ներդրումային միջավայրի վրա: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ նոր կառավարությունը շատ կոնկրետ քայլեր է կատարել Հայաստանում ներդրումային միջավայրի բարելավման ուղղությամբ, մասնավորապես՝ հարկային օրենսդրության բարեփոխումները, որն ընդհանուր ներդրումային միջավայրի բարելավման կոմպոնենտներից մեկն է, հակակոռուպցիոն գործունեությունը և այլն:
«Հայաստանը լինելով ԵԱՏՄ երկիր՝ 200 միլիոն սպառողների շուկա է: Ունենք նաև տարբեր համաձայնագրեր հենց նույն Եվրամիության հետ, շատ լայն հնարավորություններ են բացվում արտահանելու ապրանքները դեպի Միջին Արևելք, և այս առումով Հայաստանը որոշակիորեն կարող է կամուրջ հանդիսանալ Եվրամիության, ԵԱՏՄ-ի և Միջին Արևելքի միջև»,-ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով Իրանի դեմ ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցներին՝ Տիգրան Ավինյանն ընդգծեց, որ դրանք միանշանակ բացասական են ազդում առևտրի, տնտեսական մեր հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը և ոչ միայն մեր, այլև Իրանի և այլ երկրների: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ ժամանակի ընթացքում բոլոր քաղաքական հարցերը կստանան իրենց լուծումները, և մենք կկարողանանք շարժվել առաջ առանց որևէ սահմանափակումների»,-նշեց նա:
Պատասխանելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի սակավամարդ երթերի վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատարն ասաց, որ միայն մարդկանց քանակով չի կարելի որոշել երթը հաջողված է, թե ոչ: «Սա մի որոշակի ամփոփում էր կառավարության գործունեության: Անցումային կառավարության գործունեությունը երթով էր սկսվել և երթով էլ ավարտվեց, և հիմա մենք մտնում ենք մի շատ հետաքրքիր փուլ»,- նշեց Ավինյանը՝ վստահեցնելով, որ եկել է ժամանակը, որ քաղաքական դաշտում բոլորը խոսեն իրենց ծրագրերից:
