Հայ Հեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն» կուսակցության նախընտրական քարոզարշավի մեկնարկը տրվեց Արամ Մանուկյանի արձանի հարակից հրապարակում հավաքով և ելույթներով:

«Երկիր մեդիա» ՀԸ հասարակական-քաղաքական հաղորդումների պատասխանատու, ՀՅԴ ցուցակով պատգամավորի թեկնածու Գեղամ Մանուկյանի խոսքով՝ առաջին հավաքի տեղը պատահական չէ:

«Մենք այսօր հավաքվել ենք այստեղ, որպեսզի հերթական անգամ մեր պետականության հիմնադիրներին նորից ասենք՝ մեր մեծեր, ձեր գործն շարունակվում է: Շարունակվում է գաղափարական, ծրագրային...»,- նշեց նա:

Մեկնարկային ելույթին հետևեց ՀՀ օրհներգի և ՀՅԴ նախընտրական երգի կենդանի կատարումը: Արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ՀՅԴ-ն գնում է «Հավատարիմ հային ու հողին» կարգախոսով:

ՀՅԴ համամասնական ցուցակի առաջին համար, ԱԺ «ՀՅԴ» խմբակցության ղեկավար Արմեն Ռուստամյանը նշեց, որ ՀՀ-ն այսօր գտնվում է անցումային շրջանում, և այս ընթացքում առաջացել են շատ լուրջ մարտահրավերներ և վտանգներ:

«Դաշնակցությունը գալիս է այս ընտրություններին մասնակցելու, որպեսզի այդ վտանգների և մարտահրավերների մասին խոսելով՝ դրանց չեզոքացման ճանապարհներն ու լուծումներն առաջարկի: Ամենակարևոր վտանգը, որը տեսնում ենք, այն է, որ նորը հանկարծ չդառնա լավ մոռացված հին կամ նախկինների նոր փաթեթավորումը լինի: Մենք տեսել ենք, որ բոլոր իշխանություններն ունեցել են միշտ գայթակղություն՝ գալով իշխանության առաջին հերթին զբաղվել այդ իշխանության ամրապնդմամբ: Եվ դա կատարել են նույն ձեռագրով: Արդյունքում մենք հին քաղաքական ու տնտեսական մենաշնորհները փոխարինել ենք նորերով:

Այսօր դժբախտաբար, դրա նշանները կան»,- ասաց Ա. Ռուստամյանը:

Առաջին նշանը, ըստ ՀՅԴ ցուցակի առաջին համարի՝ չի ամրապնդվում խորհրդարանական համակարգը, որն ավելի ու ավելի հավասարակշռված կդարձնի իշխանական վարչակազմի գործունեությունը:

«100 տոկոսով խոստումները կատարված են, բայց մենք ունենք մի կարևոր չլուծված հարց: Մենք մինչև հիմա սուպերվարչապետական համակարգից չենք հրաժարվել: Մենք չունենք նաև երաշխիք, որ եթե փորձեն ամրապնդել իշխանությունը, դա չբերի նրան, որ մենք սուպերվարչապետականը փոխարինենք սուպերնախագահականով»,- նկատեց Ա. Ռուստամյանը:

Մյուս վտանգը, որը ՀՅԴ-ն տեսնում է ներկայիս իշխանությունների գործելաոճով, հետևյալն է՝ նույն օլիգարխները դարձել են սեփականատերեր:

«Նույն դեմքերը պահպանվել են, բայց պարզվում է, որ օլիգարխներ չկան: Պարզվում է, որ նրանք այլևս կայացած ձեռներեցներ են, մեծահարուստներ են: Թերևս դա նրանից է, որ այսօր նրանք դարձել են յուրային»,- նշեց նա:

Իշխանությունները հայտարարում են, որ ՀՀ-ում այլևս մենաշնորհներ չկան, բայց Արմեն Ռուստամյանի կարծիքով՝ տնտեսական դաշտում պահպանվել են բոլոր նույն սուբյեկտներն իրենց գերակա դիրքերով:

«Դաշնակցության անելիքը, պարտականությունն այն է, որ մենք նույն սխալները չկրկնենք, մենք չպետք է մեր ժողովրդին նույն  փորձություններին տանենք: Սա է, որ մեզ ստիպում է այսօր գալ և այս ընտրություններին մասնակցել»,- հայտարարեց Ա. Ռուստամյանը:
