«Լույս» հիմնադրամը հիմնելու է տարածաշրջանում լավագույն ուղեղային կենտրոններից մեկը. Վիգեն Սարգսյան (վիդեո)
POLITICSՆոյեմբերի 23-ին «Լույս» մշակութային, գիտական, կրթական հիմնադրամի շրջանավարտների հրավերով տեղի է ունեցել Արիզոնայի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Ջեֆրի Քյուսիկի դասախոսությունը «Ներքաղաքական անհանգստության գինը» թեմայով։ Միջոցառմանը հրավիրված էին «Լույսի» նախկին կրթաթոշակառուներ, բարձր առաջադիմությամբ ուսանողներ տարբեր բուհերից եւ այլ հյուրեր։
Ինչպես հայտնում են հիմնադրամից, դասախոսությունից առաջ միջոցառման մասնակիցներին ողջույնի խոսքով դիմել է «Լույսի» հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի երկարամյա անդամ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը։ Նա հայտնել է, որ խորհրդի կողմից ստացել է առաջարկ՝ ստանձնելու հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրենի պաշտոնը, որը սիրով ընդունել է:
Ըստ հիմնադրամի նորանշանակ գործադիր տնօրենի՝ շրջանավարտների այս նախաձեռնությունը լավագույն օրինակներից է, թե ինչպես ժամանակին հիմնադրամից ստացած կրթաթոշակը կարող է հետադարձ դրական ազդեցություն ունենալ «Լույսի» համայնքի ներկայացուցիչների ու Հայաստանի վրա: Ողջույնի խոսքում Վիգեն Սարգսյանը հատուկ ընդգծել է, որ հիմնադրամը իր խոստմանը համաձայն շարունակում է ֆինանսավորել շուրջ 70 կրթաթոշակառուի մինչեւ նրանց ուսումնական ծրագրերի ավարտը:
Կարեւորելով «Լույսի» համայնքի անդամների կողմից կուտակած գիտելիքն ու փորձը ու առաջնորդվելով այդ գիտելիքը ի շահ Հայաստանի զարգացմանը ծառայեցնելուն` Վիգեն Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ խորհրդի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել հիմնադրել տարածաշրջանում լավագույն ուղեղային կենտրոններից մեկը: Կենտրոնը «Լույս» համայնքի ներուժը նպատակադրվելու է ծառայեցնել պետության բոլոր հիմնական ոլորտների զարգացմանը:
Ամփոփելով խոսքը՝ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հյուրերին եւ մասնակիցներին, ինչպես նաեւ տարիների ընթացքում հիմնադրամի լավագույն բարեկամներ դարձած բարերարներին ու դոնոր կազմակերպություններին։
Միջոցառման հիմնական հատվածում հրավիրված դասախոս պրոֆեսոր Քյուսիկը ներկայացրել է հեղափոխական ու այլ ճգնաժամային իրավիճակների պայմաններում առանձին երկրներում օտարերկրյա ներդրումների պասիվության պատճառները։ Ըստ նրա՝ գոյություն ունի սերտ փոխկապվածություն օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումների եւ քաղաքական անկայունության միջեւ, եւ այդ կապը բացասական է: Ամերիկացի պրոֆեսորի մոտեցմամբ օտարերկրյա ուղղակի ներդրումների նվազման միտումը պայմանավորված է նաեւ քաղաքական անկայունության էությամբ։
Դասախոսությունից հետո տեղի է ունեցել պանելային քննարկում, որին հրավիրված էին ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը եւ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը։ Մասնակիցները հարցեր են ուղղել պրոֆեսոր Քյուսիկին եւ հնարավորություն ստացել համադրելու տնտեսագետների տեսակետները միեւնույն խնդիրների վերաբերյալ:
«Լույս» գիտահետազոտական վերլուծական կենտրոնում ներգրավված կլինեն ոչ միայն «Լույսի» շրջանավարտները, այլ նաեւ վերլուծական եւ գիտահետազոտական ոլորտի լավագույն մասնագետները թե՛ Հայաստանից եւ թե՛ Սփյուռքից, որոնք հնարավորություն կունենան արժանապատվորեն ծառայել մեր պետությանը՝ իրենց մասնագիտական եւ հետազոտական գործունեության շրջանակներում։
Առաջիկայում կհրապարակվի մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն գիտահետազոտական կենտրոնի գործունեության ու ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ։
