Կարեն Ղազարյանի հետ կապված խնդիրը պարզ խնդիր չէ, Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է հետ վերադարձնել. Փաշինյան
SOCIETYՆիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոյեմբերյանցիների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում խոսեց նաեւ անվտանգության մասին: «Ես գիտեմ, որ Բարեկամավան գյուղի մեր բնակիչները մտավախություն ունեն, հարցեր ունեն՝ կապված սահմանի պաշտպանության մակարդակի հետ: Ես մտա մարզ եւ այդ հարցը իմ ականջին հասավ, ես անպայման մեր ԶՈւ-ի ներկայացուցիչների հետ այդ հարցը կքննարկեմ եւ առավել ուշադրությամբ կքննարկեմ»,- ասաց նա:
Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարն անդրադարձավ նաեւ Ադրբեջանի սահմանը հատած Կարեն Ղազարյանին հետ վերադարձնելու խնդրին: Նա ասաց, որ Աննա Հակոբյանը մի քանի անգամ հանդիպել է Ղազարյանների հետ եւ այսօր էլ ինքն է պատրաստվում տեսակցել ընտանիքին:
«Կարեն Ղազարյանի հետ կապված խնդիրը պարզ խնդիր չէ: Դուք գիտեք, որ Ադրբեջանը կիսապաշտոնական առաջարկ է արել, ասել է, որ իրենց կողմում կա երեք հայ եւ Արցախի կողմում երեք ադրբեջանցի: Նրանք առաջարկել են, որ բոլորին բոլորի հետ փոխանակենք: Թվում է, որ շատ պարզ իրավիճակ է եւ ինչու մենք պետք է հրաժարվենք: Իրականում այդքան պարզ չի, որովհետեւ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում երկու քաղաքացիներից մեկը դատապարտված է 20, իսկ մյուսը՝ ցմահ ազատազրկման, որովհետեւ նրանք Արցախի հանրապետության երկու քաղաքացիների են սպանել: Սպանել են 15 տարեկան տղայի՝ իրենց տան մեջ: Այստեղ հարցը հետեւյալն է, իսկ այդ սպանված քաղաքացների ընտանիքները կհամաձայնվե՞ն, որ ոճրագործներին Արցախը հանձնի Ադրբեջանին:
Գուրգեն Մարգարյանին կացնահարած Ռամիլ Սաֆարովը վերադարձվեց Ադրբեջանին: Նրանից ազգային հերոսի կերպար ստեղծեցին: Երկու ոճրագործներին, եթե նույնիսկ ԱՀ-ն որոշի վերադարձնել, նրանք նրանցից նոր սաֆարովներ են կերտելու: Մենք չենք ուզում ուղերձ հղել, որ մտեք, հայերին կոտորեք, երկու տարի կնստեք, իսկ հետո կդառնաք ազգային հերոս: Սրա քաղաքական հետեւանքները մենք ուզու՞մ ենք կրել»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը եւ նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանում Կարեն Ղազարյանին փորձում են ներկայացնել որպես դիվերսանտ, որը կատարյալ սուտ է»,- ասաց նա:
Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը հայտարարեց, որ տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ Ադրբեջանն առանց նախապայմանների Կարեն Ղազարյանին վերադարձներ: «Վարկած կա, որ Կարենը ոչ թե անցել է սահմանը, այլ մտել են եւ նրան առեւանգել իրենց տնից: Այս վարկածը նույնպես պետք է հետաքննվի: Սակայն դրա ապացույցները չկան»,- ասաց նա:
Փաշինյանը հիշեցրեց, որ Դուշանբեում Ալիեւի հետ ձեռք բերված օպերատիվ կապի շրջանակներում Կարեն Ղազարյանի հարցը եւս քննարկվել է: «Մենք բանակցում ենք, որ վերադարձնեն, բայց իրենք հրաժարվում են: Ասում են՝ մենք համաձայն ենք երեքը երեքով փոխելուն: Մենք դիվանագիտական բոլոր ջանքերը կշարունակենք գործադրել, որպեսզի այդ հարցը կարողանանք լուծել: Ադրբեջանը դարձնում է սա աշխարհաքաղաքական հարց: Ադրբեջանը պարտավոր է Կարեն Ղազարյանին վերադարձնել, ինչպես մենք՝ Հայաստանի սահմանը հատած թուրք երիտասարդին»:
