Սիրելի երեխաներ,
Աշխարհի շատ երկրներում այսօր նշվում է Երեխաների պաշտպանության օրը, որը մեզանում վերածվել է բացառապես մանուկների տոնի: Ու ես, սիրելի մանուկներ, բոլորիդ շնորհավորում եմ հենց ձե՛ր լուսավոր ու պայծառ տոնի առթիվ:
Բոլոր մեծերի ցանկությունն է, որ երեխաներն ապահով մանկություն ունենան ու ապրեն անհոգ կյանքով և հասնեն իրենց երազանքին:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն էլ իր հերթին անում է հնարավորը, որ ձեր առօրյան լինի հետաքրքիր, ձեր բակն ու, ընդհանրապես, շրջապատող միջավայրը, մեր ամբողջ քաղաքը լինի հարմարավետ ու գեղեցիկ նաև ձե՛զ համար:
