SOCIETYԲաքուն ցինիկ եւ ապաբարոյական կերպով փորձում է հասնել երկու հանցագործների վերադարձին: Այս մասին ասաց Հայաստանի առաջին օմբուդսմեն, «Ընդդեմ իարավական կամայականության» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը՝ NEWS.am-ի խնդրանքով մեկնաբանելով քարոզչական նպատակներով գերի Արսեն Բաղդասարյանին օգտագործելու Բաքվի փորձերը:
«Նախ Արսեն Բաղդասարյանին ցանկանանք գերությունից եւ այն պայմաններից ժամ առաջ ազատվել, որոնց պայմաններում նա ստիպված է հրապարակայնորեն խոսել ամբոխի հետաքրքրասիրությունից պաշտպանվելու իր իրավունքի խախտման մասին»,- նշեց Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը: Ընդ որում նա նշեց, որ տեղի ունեցողն անսպասելի չէ նրանց համար, ովքեր խնդրով զբաղվում են, իսկ հատկապես ադրբեջանական ղեկավարությունը ողբերգական իրավիճակն օգտագործում եւ կոպտորեն քաղաքականացնում է՝ առաջ մղելու համար այն հայեցակարգը, որ Հայաստանը չի համաձայնվում գերիների, այսպես ասած, փոխանակմանը:
«Ընդհանրապես գերիների փոխանակման մասին խոսելը ապաբարոյական է: Կարելի է խոսել բացառապես քաղաքացիների վերադարձման մասին: Իրերն է հնարավոր փոխանակել»,- շեշտեց Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը:
Նա հիշեցրեց, որ Ադրբեջանը ձգտում է վերադարձնել 2 անձանց, որոնք դատապարտվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դատարանի կողմից. Դիլհամ Ասկերովը եւ Շահբազ Գուլիեւը երրորդ հանցակցի հետ կրկնակի սպանություն են կատարել, ընդ որում՝ սպանվածներից մեկն անչափահաս էր: «Նրանք Արցախում դատարանի առաջ են կանգնել եւ դատապարտվել են արցախյան օլրենքներով, որոնք միանգամայն ներդաշնակ են միջազգային քրեական իրավունքին»,- նշեց իրավապաշտպանը: Նա հավելեց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իշխանությունները ադրբեջանական հասարակական եւ պետական կառույցներին, Ասկերովի եւ Գուլիեւի ազգականներին դատին մասնակցելու հնարավորություն են տվել, սակայն ոչ ոք չի արձագանքել:
«Սպանության համար դատապարտված երկու հանցագործներին հայերի դիմաց փոխանակելու անթաքույց, ցինիկ փորձ: Անհրաժեշտ է, որ հայ հասարակությունում սա միանշանակ ընկալվի: Ուստի ես կոչ եմ անում Արսեն Բաղդասարյանի եւ մյուս գերիներին հարազատներին ադեկվատ գնահատել իրավիճակը: Եթե կան ինչ-որ բողոքներ, դրանք պետք է Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին, միջազգային հանրությանն ուղղել, որպեսզի ճնշում գործադրվի Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների վրա եւ նրանք, վերջապես, ազատ արձակեն անմեղ Կարեն Ղազարյանին, Արսեն Բաղդասարյանին, Զավեն Կարապետյանին»,- ընդգծեց Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը:
