Ավազակային հարձակում Արմավիրի մարզում. մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ զենքի գործադրմամբ ավազակային հարձակման և ապօրինի զենք կրելու դեպքի առթիվ:
2018թ. նոյեմբերի 28-ին ժամը՝ 23:30-ից 23:50 սահմաններում, ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ Զվարթնոց գյուղի բնակիչներից մեկի տան վրա ավազակային հարձակում է տեղի ունեցել:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ Արմավիր գյուղի բնակիչը՝ ծնված 1979 թվականին, ուրիշի գույքը առերևույթ հափշտակելու նպատակով հարձակում կատարելու շուրջ նախնական համաձայնության գալով իր ծանոթի հետ, ինքնաձիգով և «էլեկտրաշոկ» մահակով զինված և դիմակավորված, 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 28-ին ցանկապատի վրայով մուտք է գործել Արմավիրի մարզի Զվարթոնք գյուղի բնակարաններից մեկի բակ:
Սակայն ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարող անձինք նկատվել են տան բնակչուհու կողմից, ով չի հասցրել կողպել դուռը, և նրանք բնակչուհու կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով ապօրինի մուտք են գործել տուն, որտեղ բնակարանի տերերը վնասազերծել ու բռնել են նրանցից մեկին, իսկ մյուսը, ինքնաձիգը վերցնելով, դիմել է փախուստի:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 29-ին ՀՀ ՔԿ Արմավիրի մարզի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 3-րդ և 4-րդ կետերի և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Բնակարանի տերերը ճանաչվել են տուժող և հարցաքննվել:
Արմավիրի մարզի 39 ամյա բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է: Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ նշված բնակարանում հայտնաբերվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց կողմից թողնված 1 հատ «էլեկտրոշոկ» մահակ, 2 հատ դիմակ, ինքնաձիգի փամփշտակալ՝ լիցքավորված 18 հատ 5,45 մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտներով և քննության համար նշանակություն ունեցող այլ իրեր:
Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ:
Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան բաժնին՝ փախուստի դիմած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու և նախաքննական մարմնին ներկայացելու վերաբերալ:
