ՀԱՊԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հարցը շատ փոքր և ոչ էական հարց է, շատ ավելի կարևոր են այն հարցերը, որոնք քննարկվում են այս համատեքստում․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյան
POLITICSՄեզ մեղադրում են արցախյան բանակցային գործընթացը առկախելու և ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործընկերների հետ հարաբերությունները վատթարացնելու մեջ․Սևանում «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի քարոզարշավի ժամանակ այս մասին հայտարարեց վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ նշելով, որ ցանկանում է արձագանքել դրանց:
«ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ կապված մենք ոչ թե վատթարացրել ենք մեր հարաբերությունները, այլ արձանագրել ենք այն վատ վիճակը, որում գտնվում է ՀՀ-ը, այն վատ և հեղինակազուրկ իրավիճակը, որ մենք ժառանգել ենք մեր նախորդներից այդ և այլ կազմակերպությունների հետ մեր հարաբերություններում,- ասաց նա՝ նշելով, մտադիր չեն համակերպվել այն իրողությունների հետ, որոնք տեղի են ունենում Հայաստանի շուրջ,-մենք շատ կարևոր ենք համարում, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ում մենք հստակեցնենք մեր պարտավորությունները մեր դաշնակիցների առջև և նաև հստակեցնենք մեր դաշնակիցների պարտականությունները մեր առաջ և կազմակերպության պարտականությունները մեր առաջ»:
Ըստ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ իրենք այդ հարցերը բարձրացնում են Հայաստանի գործընկերների հետ հարաբերությունները լավացնելու և զարգացնելու համար: Նրա խոսքով՝ եթե այսպես չանեն, ապա առավել շատ խնդիրներ կստեղծվեն ՀՀ-ի համար:

Անդրադառնալով իր կառավարությանն ուղղված մեկ այլ մեղադրանքի, թե կասեցրել են արցախյան հիմնախնդրի բանակցային գործընթացը՝ նա ասաց․ «Մենք ոչինչ չենք կասեցրել:
Ընդհակառակը, մենք այս ընթացքում բանակցային շատ կոնկրետ արդյունքներ ենք արձանագրել․ սահմանին տիրող համեմատական խաղաղությունն է, և հրադադարի ռեժիմը երբեք այնքան չի պաշտպանվել վերջին 15 տարիների ընթացքում, քան հիմա»: Այնուհետ նա հավելեց, որ հայտնի է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի պատկերացումները հիմնախնդրի լուծման վերաբերյալ տարբեր են: Նա հիշատակեց, որ ՀՀ-ն միշտ ասել է, որ կողմ է խաղաղ բանակցային ճանապարհով հիմնախնդրի լուծմանը:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նաև հիշեցրեց, որ ինքը հայտարարել է, որ ինքը բանակցելու է բացառապես Հայաստանի անունից, չի կարող բանակցել Ղարաբաղի իշխանությունների անունից: «Կարևոր ենք համարում Ղարաբաղի վերադարձը բանակցային գործընթաց»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ կոպտագույն սխալ է համարում Ղարաբաղին բանակցային գործընթացից հեռացնելը:
Հետագայում Ղարաբաղը դուրս մղվեց, այդ թվում Հայաստանի մասնակցությամբ: «Դա կոպտագույն սխալ է, որի հետևանքները մենք մինչ հիմա զգում ենք»,- ասաց նա՝ նշելով, որ բոլոր ջաները գործադրելու են դա ուղղելու համար:
