 ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կարծիքով՝ երիտասարդությունը և մանավանդ ուսանող երիտասարդությունը մեր երկրի վաղվա դեմքն են. նրանց մեջ են մեր վաղվա գիտնականները, ստեղծագործ մտավորականները, քաղաքական գործիչները և ընդհանրապես բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր վաղը պետք է մեր ողջ երկրի ու ժողովրդի անունից կայացնեն պա­տաս­խանատու որոշումներ: «Դուք այն սերունդն եք, որ ծնվել է անկախ Հայաս­տանում, որ անհամեմատ ավելի մե ծ հնարավորություններ է ունեցել և ունի ստանալու թե՛ գիտական, թե՛ ցանկացած այլ տեղեկատվություն աշխարհի մասին: Դուք անձամբ ձեզ համար, ձեր ընտանիքների և երկրի համար կարող եք անել ավելին, քան արել են ձեր նախնիները: Ես դրանում համոզված եմ: Ժամանակակից աշխարհում տեխնոլոգիաների բացառիկ առաջընթացը, որ կարելի է թռիչք անվանել, կրկին գալիս է հաստատելու և ընդգծելու, որ մարդկային կապիտալն ավելի թանկ է, քան բնական ռեսուրսները»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը՝ Երիտ ասարդության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ կազմակերպված միջոցառման ժամանակ:

Կառավարության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ երիտասարդները մեր ժողովրդի և անձամբ իրենց համար պետք է դառնան այդ մարդկային կա­պիտալը, որը դատապարտված է մրցելու բնական ռեսուրսներ վաճա­ռողների հետ. ավելին՝ դատապարտված է նրանց հաղթելու: «Մեկ սերնդի աչքի առաջ վերափոխվեց աշխարհը: Ձեր սերնդի կյանքի ընթացքում այդ փոփո­խու­թյուն­ները լինելու են ավելի արմատական ու տեսանելի: Ձեր երեխաները ընտրելու են մասնագիտություններ, որոնց մասին դուք գաղափար չունեք, որովհետև այդ մասնագիտություններն այսօր դեռ գոյություն չունեն: Ես խոսում եմ վաղվա աշխարհի և վաղվա Հայաստանի մասին: Ես խո­սում եմ այն հասարակության մասին, որը վաղը պետք է ներկայանա ձեզնով»,- ասաց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
