«Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցությունն այս պահին Գյումրի քաղաքում է։ Ներկա են համամասնական ցուցակի առաջին 3 համարներն ու ռեյտինգային ցուցակները։ Այս անգամ մարզային քարոզարշավին ներկա  էր նաև ցուցակի 2-րդ համար Մանե Թանդիլյանը, որը հիմնականում քարոզարշավ էր իրականացնում Երևանում։

Գյումրիում ԼՀԿ ռեյտինգային ցուցակով առաջադրված Մկրտիչ Մկրտչյանը նշեց, որ ԼՀԿ-ն միշտ Շիրակի մարզում բավականին ուժեղ թիմ է ներկայացրել։

«Հուսով ու վստահ եմ, որ մեր թիմը շատ բարձր քվեներով դեկտեմբերին 10-ին կներկայանա հանրությանը։ Կոչ եմ անում բոլորիս դեպի արդար, ազնիվ ընտրություններ»,- ասաց Մկրտչյանը։

Պատգամավորի թեկնածու առաջադրված Սևակ Հովհաննիսյանն էլ հավելեց, որ ինքը ԼՀԿ-ով է առաջադրվել, որովհետև այստեղ չկան նախկին իշխանավորներ.«Մեր թիմում չկան նախկին ռեժիմի ներկայացուցիչներ, չկան թալանչիներ։ Սիրելի՛ շիրակցիներ, հույս ունեմ, որ ձեր քվեն դեկտեմբերի 9-ին կտաք «Լուսավոր Հայաստանին»»,- շարունակեց նա։

ԼՀԿ նախընտրական ցուցակի 2-րդ համար Արման Բաբաջանյանն էլ հայտարարեց, թե ինքը լավ գիտի՝ ինչ խոստումներ են տրվել գյումրեցիներին, որոնք չեն կատարվել։  Նա շիրակցիներից ներողություն խնդրեց բոլոր չկատարված խոստումների համար։

«Մենք գալիս ենք նոր էջ բացելու ձեր քաղաքի կյանքում, Շիրակ աշխարհի կյանքում, մեր լուսավոր, բանիմաց, հմուտ ու լայնախոհ թիմով, գալիս ենք թողած մռայլ ժառանգությանն ասելու՝ լույս, եղիցի լույս։ Խավարը մեզանում մերժված է, այլընտրանք չկա լույսին»,- ընդգծեց Արման Բաբաջանյանը՝ նշելով, որ իրենք կպահեն երկրում կատարված փոփոխությունների թիկունքը՝ չթողնելով, որ հեղափոխություն անշրջելի լինի։

ԼՀԿ փոխնախագահ, համամասնական ցուցակի 2-րդ համար Մանե Թանդիլյանն էլ շեշտեց, որ Շիրակի մարզն ու Գյումրին շատ կարևոր տեղ են զբաղեցնում։ Նա նկատեց, որ միշտ Շիրակի մարզը համարվել է ամենաաղքատը։

«Այն մարզը, որը տալիս է լավագույն սպորտային մարզիկներին, նման ցուցանիշ ունի։ Ինձ համար Շիրակի մարզի աղքատությունը վաղուց զուտ վիճակագրական թվեր չեն, այլ դրանք մարդիկ են, ընտանիքներ, երեխաներ, կյանքեր»,- ասաց նա՝ թվարկելով գործնական քայլեր Շիրակի մարզի կյանքի բարելավման համար։

ԼՀԿ ցուցակը գլխավորող Էդմոն Մարուքյանն էլ նկատեց, որ Գյումրիում բոլորի ելույթները տխուր են, և շեշտեց, որ ժամանակն է խնդիրների լուծման։

«Մենք պետք է ձեր աջակցությունը, մեր թիմում ձախողված մարդիկ չկան,  մենք գնում են մեր գիտելիքը, փորձը ներդնելու ՀՀ ապագա շինարարության մեջ»,- ընդգծեց  Էդմոն Մարուքյանը։

Նշենք, որ մինչ Գյումրի քաղաքը «Լուսավոր Հայաստանը» Արթիկում էր, որտեղ էլ ԼՀԿ  կուսակցության նախագահ Էդմոն Մարուքյանը հայտարարել է, որ այս ընտրություններն արտահերթ են և տարբերվում են նախորդ ընտրություններից այն բանով, որ առաջին անգամ ենք խորհրդարան ընտրելու հեղափոխությունից հետո։ Նան նաև նշել էր, որ ԼՀԿ-ն «կռվում» է 2-րդ  տեղի համար, մյուս ուժերը՝ լուսանցքում չմնալու, ջրի երեսին մնալու համար։
