Քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մինասյանն արդյունավետ է գնահատում ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի այցը Հայաստան:
Այս մասին նա ասաց Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում: Ըստ Մինասյանի՝ այն, ինչ ասվել է թե՛ երեկվա ասուլիսում, թե՛ հայկական ու ռուսական մամուլում, համապատասխանում է իրականությանը:
Քաղաքագետն ասաց, որ այցն աշխատանքային էր, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են տարածաշրջանային հարցեր, սիրիական ճգնաժամի հետ կապված խնդիրներ, բնականաբար, անդրադարձ է եղել նաև ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությանը:
«Կարծում եմ՝ շատ կարևոր էր, որ ԱՄՆ-ի ներկայացուցիչ Ուորլիքից հետո Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ արդեն երկրորդ երկրի պաշտոնյան բացասական կարծիք է հայտնում ԵԽԽՎ-ի վերջին փաստաթղթի շուրջ»,- ընդգծեց քաղաքագետը:
Մեր հարցին՝ ԵԽԽՎ-ի այդ փաստաթղթի ընդունումը պայմանավորվա՞ծ է հայկական կողմի թերացումներով, պարոն Մինասյանն ասաց. «Դա բանավիճային հարց է: Չեմ կարող ասել՝ արդյոք հնարավո՞ր էր ավելի արդյունավետ աշխատել, թե՞ոչ: Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ 2004 թվականից ԵԽԽՎ-ում միշտ նմանատիպ գործեր արվել են: Ադրբեջանը փորձում Մինսկի խմբից քննարկումը տանել այլ ձևաչափ: Սա որևէ արդյունք չի ունենա, բացի քարոզչականից: Որևէ ռեալ դերակատրում բանակցային գործընթացում սա չի կարող ունենալ: Չեմ կարծում, որ մեր խորհրդարանականները կարող էին ավելի լավ աշխատել: Սա քաղաքական գնահատականի խնդիր է»,-նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
