Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի առաջնորդողը մասնակի կրճատումներով.

 «Երեկ «ՀԺ»–ն, հղում անելով իր աղբյուրներին, գրել էր, որ ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ անդրկուլիսյան նոր գործընթաց Է ընթանում, որի հիմնական նախաձեռնողը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանն Է։ Ըստ իշխանական շրջանակներից ստացած տեղեկությունների, Ռուսաստանը փորձում Է Հայաստանին համոզել Ադրբեջանին հանձնել մի քանի շրջան, որի շնորհիվ հույս ունի կկարողանա ստանալ Ադրբեջանի համաձայնությունը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամակցելու հարցում։ Կարճ ասած, ՌԴ-ն Ադրբեջանին ԼՂ հարակից մի քանի շրջան Է խոստանում, եթե Ադրբեջանը համաձայնի դառնալ ԵՏՄ անդամ։ Եվ ահա երեկ, ռուսական ամենահեղինակավոր պարբերականներից մեկը «Կոմերսանտը», հղում անելով բանակցություններին մոտ կանգնած իր աղբյուրներին, գրել Է, որ ղարաբաղյան բանակցություններում այժմ քննարկվում Է կարգավորման մի տարբերակ, որի համաձայն, հայկական կողմը պետք Է վերադարձնի Ղարաբաղին հարակից տարածքների մեծ մասը բացառությամբ Լաչինի միջանցքի ու թերևս ևս մեկ շրջանի, ինչի դիմաց Բաքուն թեև պաշտոնապես չի ճանաչի Ստեփանակերտի անկախությունը, սակայն կպարտավորվի խնդիրը կարգավորել խաղաղ բանակցություններով։ «Կոմերսանտի» նույն աղբյուրները պնդել են նաև, որ տարածաշրջանում կայունությունը երաշխավորելու համար տեղում կարող են ՄԱԿ-ի կամ ՀԱՊԿ-ի խաղաղապահներ տեղակայվել։ Իրականում, ըստ մեր հավաստի աղբյուրների, ՌԴ-ն համենայնդեպս հայկական կողմին հայտնել է իր զինված ուժերին տարածաշրջանում տեղակայելու մտադրության մասին, և ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղապահների մասին խոսք չի եղել։ Իսկ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, հիշեցնենք, անցյալ ամիս Նյու Յորքում ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 70-րդ նստաշրջանի ժամանակ խոսում էր ՆԱՏՕ-ի խաղաղապահների մասին։

 Մեր աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ Նյու Յորքում ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Սարգսյանը քննարկել Է հակամարտության գոտում խաղաղապահների տեղակայման հարցը։ Պաշտոնական Վաշինգտոնը, բնականաբար, չի համակերպվի ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման հետ։

Ըստ «Կոմերսանտի», Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը ՌԴ-ի առաջարկած նման լուրջ փոխզիջումների գնալու պատրաստակամություն չեն հայտնել։ Բաքվում շարունակել են պնդել, թե առավելագույնը, որ կարող են անել, Ղարաբաղի ինքնավարության ճանաչումն Է Ադրբեջանի կազմում։ Երևանում ևս հրաժարվել են խոսել տարածքային ինչ-ինչ զիջումների մասին՝ ընդգծելով, որ նման ծրագիր չի էլ քննարկվում։ Ավելին, ռուսական թերթի հետ զրույցում հայաստանյան աղբյուրը պնդել Է, թե կարգավորման փորձերը դատապարտված են ձախողման, քանի դեռ բանակցություններին որպես ինքնուրույն դերակատար չի մասնակցում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը։ Բաքուն, բնականաբար, կտրականապես դեմ Է ԼՂ-ին ներգրավելուն։ Ռուսական պարբերականը նշում Է, թե ադրբեջանական դիվանագիտական աղբյուրը պնդել Է, որ փակուղային այս իրավիճակում խիստ մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ լարվածությունը ինչ-որ պահի կարող է վերածվել լայնածավալ հակամարտության»,–գրում է թերթը։
