INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահը մեր վերջին հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում առաջարկեց, որ ամսի 6-ին ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովը չանենք, քանի որ այսպիսի իրավիճակ է: Ապա աշխատանքային կարգով քննարկենք իրավիճակը, լուծումները, որպեսզի պատրաստի լուծումներով գնանք, և ես համաձայնեցի, որովհետև կարծում եմ՝ աշխատանքային ընթացակարգերով այդ հարցը լուծելը ավելի ճիշտ է։
Այս մասին Վայոց ձորի մարզում քարոզարշավից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար, «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի առաջին համար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Վերջինս նշեց, որ քանի որ հիմա էլի քննարկումների արդյունքում պարզվեց, որ էլի կոնսենսուս չկա, Աստանայի պատկերտ կրկնելը իմաստ չունի, դա կառուցողական չէ։ «Պայմանավորվածությունը հետևյալն է, որ մենք կշարունակենք աշխատանքային կարգով քննարկումները, մինչև որևէ կոնսենսուսային կարգով լուծումներ գտնենք»,– ասաց Փաշինյանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ռուսական RBC գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավոր խորհրդական Արսեն Գասպարյանը ասել էր, որ«Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) նոր գլխավոր քարտուղարի ընտրությունը կայանալու է 2019 թվականին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովին սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու մեղադրանք է առաջադրված «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով: Նոյեմբերի 8-ին Աստանայում կայացած ՀԱՊԿ գագաթնաժողովում նոր գլխավոր քարտուղար չի նշանակվել, և պետությունների ղեկավարները պայմանավորվել էին հարցի շուրջ քննարկումները շարունակել դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայանալիք հանդիպման ընթացքում:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հարցին, թե որևէ հարց չկա՞ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների մասին դաշինքի նախընտրական ծրագրում, Փաշինյանը չհամաձայնեց՝ նկատելով, որ կա, Սփյուռքի մասնակցության մասին հարցի հատվածն է ներառված:
