ԱԱԾ-ն խոշոր կոռուպցիոն գործեր է բացահայտել, այդ թվում ՀԱԷԿ-ում. 10 քրգործ
SOCIETYՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը տնտեսական եւ կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարին ուղղված իր գործառույթների իրականացման շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների եւ քննչական համալիր գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտել եւ կանխել է առերեւույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ պարունակող նոր դեպքեր:
ԱԱԾ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է.
«Մասնավորապես՝ ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն ՀՀ «Հայկական ատոմային էլեկտրակայան» ՓԲ ընկերության համապատասխան պաշտոնյաների հետ սերտ կապերի մեջ գտնվող անձինք, իրենց կողմից տնօրինվող ընկերությունների միջեւ վերավաճառքի ձեւական գործարքներ ձեւակերպելով եւ ապրանքների իրական գներն այդկերպ ուռճացնելով, ատոմակայանի առաջին դասի անվտանգության սարքավորում համարվող ընդամենը շուրջ 7 մլն ՀՀ դրամ արժեքով պահեստամասերը ՀԱԷԿ-ին 2017-2018 թվականների ընթացքում վաճառել են 33 մլն ՀՀ դրամ գումարով, այդպիսով վատնելով շուրջ 25 մլն ՀՀ դրամ:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն, ստուգվում է ՀԱԷԿ-ին կատարված մյուս մատակարարումների օրինականությունը:
ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից բացահայտվել են նաեւ ՀՀ մի շարք մարզերի տարբեր համայնքապետարանների եւ կից հիմնարկների աշխատակիցների կողմից, պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահմամբ, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դրամների հասնող գումարների յուրացման դեպքեր: Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ հիշյալ անձինք համայնքային բյուջեից աշխատավարձեր են վճարել իրականում տեւական ժամանակ աշխատանքի չհաճախած անձանց, գումարներ են դուրս գրել չմատուցված ծառայությունների, փաստացի ձեռք չբերված ապրանքների ու դիզվառելիքի դիմաց, ինչպես նաեւ սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքներին դրամական օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու պատրվակով, բացի այդ իրենց մտերիմներին, սահմանված կարգի խախտմամբ, տրամադրել են շինթույլտվություններ, շուկայականից էականորեն ցածր գներով օտարել կամ վարձակալության են տվել համայնքային պատկանելության շենք-շինություններ եւ հողատարածքներ:
Նշված դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված թվով 10 քրեական գործերն ուղարկվել են ըստ քննչական ենթակայության՝ նախաքննությունը շարունակելու նպատակով:
ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը եւս մեկ անգամ նախազգուշացնում է, որ բյուջեի միջոցների պատշաճ տնօրինման գործընթացը մշտապես պահվելու է օպերատիվ հսկողության ներքո, եւ ձեռնարկվելու են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցառումները՝ չարաշահումների եւ յուրացումների հնարավոր դեպքերը կանխելու եւ բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:
