«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախընտրական քարոզարշավը խտացված դրսևորումն է քաղաքականության մասին մեր պատկերացումների, գիտելիքների, հմտությունների: Ինչպիսին քաղաքական դաշտն է, այդպիսին էլ քարոզարշավն է: Պարզապես քարոզարշավի կարճ ու արագ ընթացքը, դրան 1400–ից ավելի թեկնածուների ներգրավվածությունը ի ցույց  է դնում քաղաքական այն մշակույթը, որի կրողն է Հայաստանը: Քարոզարշավը չէ քաղաքական մշակույթի ցածրորակության պատճառը, քարոզարշավն ընդամենն այդ ցածրորակությունը ֆիքսելու առիթ է: 
 
Ընդհանրապես, քարոզարշավն ինքնին արդեն դառնում է Հայաստանի համար անվտանգության իմունիտետի հարց: Եվ խոսքն այստեղ միայն ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի շահարկումները չեն բոլոր հնարավոր դերակատարների կողմից: Խոսքը քաղաքականության ռացիոնալության սպառումն է ու իռացիոնալության չափաբաժնի աննախադեպ բարձրացումը: Ի վերջո քաղաքականության իմաստը ռացիոնալություն հաղորդելն է կյանքին: Այնինչ, օրինակ, քաղաքական ուժերը թե նախկինում, թե հիմա զբաղված են պարզապես հրաշքի սպասումներ տարածելով: Հրաշքի սպասումը դարձել է հիմնական քաղաքական ժանր, որ հասարակությանը դրդում է չանել ոչինչ ու սպասել ինչ–որ մեկին, ինչ–որ կախարդական փայտիկի: Սա էլ իր հերթին փակում է հասարակության հետ ռացիոնալ զրույցի ճանապարհը: 
 
Ընդհանրապես, քարոզարշավն ու հերթական նախընտրական ցիկլը դառնում են Հայաստանի իմունիտետը մսխող գործոններ: Իմունիտետի մսխմանը զուգահեռ, ընդ որում, որևէ պատվաստում այդպես էլ չի արվում, և անհասկանալի է, թե ինչպես է տարեցտարի մսխվող այս ռեսուրսը շարունակում դիմանալ ու դիմադրել տարբեր քաղաքական անհեթեթությունների ու ավանտյուրաների շքերթների հորձանուտում: Հեղափոխությունը որևէ կերպ չփոխեց քաղաքականության բովանդակությունը, ընդհակառակը, այդ բովանդակության սնանկության դրսևորումները դարձրեց ավելի տեսանելի՝ հասարակության ստվար հատվածներին ներգրավելով քաղաքական պրոցեսի մեջ ու դրանով ավելացնելով սնանկության սպառողների քանակը:
