Սպիտակի երկրաշարժի հետևանքով անօթևան մնացած 542 ընտանիքներ դեռ սպասում են իրենց բնակարաններին
SOCIETYՍպիտակի երկրաշարժի հետևանքով տարբեր ծրագրերի շրջանակում լուծվել է անօթևան մնացած 66 հազար 400 ընտանիքի բնակարանային խնդիրը:
«Արմենպրես» -ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի բնակարանային ֆոնդի կառավարման և կոմունալ ենթակառուցվածքների վարչության պետ Տանյա Արզումանյանը նշեց, որ պետական ծրագիրը շարունակվում է: Եթե քաղաքային հատվածում երկրաշարժի հետևանքով անօթևան մնացած շահառուների բնակարանային հարցը լուծվել է, ապա գյուղական բնակավայրերում դեռ խնդիր կա:
«Երկրաշարժից 20 տարի անց պետությունը բնակարանային ապահովման ծրագրի շահառու դառնալու համար հերթագրման վերջնաժամկետ սահմանեց, որի ընթացքում հաշվառման կանգնեց մոտ 7 հազար ընտանիք: Նրանց ներկայացրած փաստաթղթերի ուսումնասիրությունից հետո շահառու ճանաչվեց մոտ 5 հազար 400 ընտանիք: 2008-2017 թվականների ընթացքում մոտ 65 մլրդ դրամի հաշվին լուծվել է 4 հազար 839 ընտանիքի բնակարանային խնդիր, և դեռևս լուծված չէ 542 ընտանիքի խնդիր: Դրանք Լոռու, Շիրակի, Արագածոտնի գյուղական բնակավայրերում են»,-ասաց Տանյա Արզումանյանը:
2018 թվականին բյուջեով պետական ծրագրի համար նախատեսված է 460 մլն դրամ, որով Լոռու մարզի բնակավայրերում կլուծվեն այն ընտանիքների բնակարանների խնդիրները, որոնք ունեն անավարտ կիսակառույց տներ, և այդ տները կառուցապատողի սնանկացման պատճառով մնացել էին անավարտ: Առնվազն 44 ընտանիքի կիսակառույց տուն ավարտին կհասցվի:
Տանյա Արզումանյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ևս 560 մլն դրամ նախատեսված է 2019 թվականի բյուջեով: Շահառուներին բնակարաններով ապահովելու ծրագիրը կավարտվի 2020 թվականին:
