Հանրության սոցիալական կայունությունը հանդիսանում է առաջնային կարևորություն ունեցող խնդիր, որի կարգավորումը մշտապես պետք է լինի պետության աջակցության և հսկողության կենտրոնում:Սա ոչ թե դեկլարատիվ ու պաթոսախեղդ հայտարարությունն է, այլ դիալեկտիկական ճշմարտություն:
Կուսակցությունները, որպես կենդանի օրգանիզմ պարտավոր են իրենց ծրագրային և գաղափարական առանցքը ձևավորել անհատի շահերի առաջնայնության ծիրում, այլապես, որպես քաղաքական խաղացող, շատ հեշտ կլքեն քաղաքական արենան:
Հատկապես նախընտրական շրջանում կարևոր է ներկայանալ ժողովրդին հասանելի և նրանց դարդն ու ցավը հեշտացնող նախաձեռնությամբ, որպեսի ընկալվես:
ԲՀԿ-ն իր քաղաքական գործունեության ոլորտում առանձնանում է մարդակենտրոն քաղաքականությամբ: Արտահերթի գնալիս նույնպես այդ գիծն ակնհայտ է, քանի որ նախատեսվում է կտրուկ իջեցնել էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ ՀՀ-ում արտադրվող էլէներգիայի շուրջ 60-65 % արտադրում են ատոմային էլեկտրակայանը և հիդրոէլեկտրակայանները, որտեղ արտադրված 1 կվտ/ժ էլեկտարէներգիայի միջին ինքնարժեքը բավականին ցածր է: Այս հանգամանքը փաստեց նաև ԱԺ քննիչ հանձնաժողովը, որն ուսումնասիրում էր գազի և էլէներգիայի գնագոյացման հարցերը:
Կարևորելով երկրում տուրիզմի զարգացումը՝ նախատեսվում է իրականացնել ՀՀ զբոսաշրջության զարգացման համալիր ծրագիր՝ նպաստավոր պայմաններ ձևավորելով հյուրանոցային և ոլորտը սպասարկող այլ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման համար:
Ակնհայտ է, որ ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքացիները պետք է հնարավորություն ունենան օգտվել որակյալ առողջապահական ծառայություններից:
Ուստի անհրաժեշտ է վերանայել այս ոլորտում պետական պատվերի տրամադրման կարգը սոցիալապես անապահով խավերին, զինծառայողներին և օրենքով սահմանված այլ շահառուներին տրամադրել իրենց հասանելիք բժշկական սերտիֆիկատը: Պետական պատվերի համակարգը պետք է ամբողջապես սերտիֆիկացնել:
Հարկ է ընդգծել, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անմիջական աջակցությամբ մշտապես կազմակերպվել են առողջապահական ակցիաներ, ոչ միայն Երևանում այլև մարզերում, առողջապահական ոլորտի հանրապետության լավագույն մասնագետներն իրենց ծառայություններն են մատուցել քաղաքացիներին:
