ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի հարցը լուծված չէ. Դմիտրի Պեսկով
POLITICSՌուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտարարել է, որ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի հարցը չի լուծվել:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով ՌԻԱ նովոստին, Դմիտրի Պեսկովն այդ մասին ասել է լրագրողների հետ զրույցում՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին՝ լուծվե՞լ է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի նշանակման հարցը:
«Ոչ, հարցը չի լուծվել: Բնականաբար, ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների ղեկավարների զրույցի ընթացքում օրակարգից դուրս այդ հարցի քննարկումը նախաձեռնել է Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն: Դա նորմալ պրակտիկա է, յուրաքանչյուր երկրի ղեկավար ազատ է բարձրացնել այն հարցերը, որոնք անհրաժեշտ է համարում»,- ասել է Պեսկովը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ պահին բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ ոչ բոլորն են ներկա եղել: «Աշխատանքները շարունակվելու են»,- ընդգծել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակը:
Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն հայտարարել էր, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի հարցը լուծված է, և այդ պաշտոնում կնշանակվի Բելառուսի ներկայացուցիչը: Բելառուսի նախագահի հայտարարությունը հերքել էր ՀՀ վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակ Արման Եղոյանը՝ նշելով, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի հարցը չի լուծվել:
