ՀՀԿ-ն Քոչարյանի կալանավորումը համարում է «պատվեր»
SOCIETYՀայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցությունը (ՀՀԿ) հայտարարություն է տարածել երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կալանավորման վերաբերյալ՝ նշելով, թե դա «կազմակերպվել է նախընտրական շրջանում՝ երկրում վախի մթնոլորտն ամրապնդելու նպատակով»։
«Ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանությունը և Ն. Փաշինյանն անձամբ այս կալանավորումը կազմակերպել են նաև նախընտրական շրջանում՝ երկրում վախի մթնոլորտն ամրապնդելու, ուժի ցուցադրության և քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների նկատմամբ ճնշումերը սաստկացնելու նպատակով։
Պետք է փաստել, որ Ն. Փաշինյանը շարունակում է խաթարել բոլոր հնարավոր սահմանադրական նորմերը և միջամտել դատական իշխանության գործունեությանը` սպառնալիքներով և այլ եղանակներով: Ակնառու է նաև, որ դատական իշխանությունը իր բոլոր ատյաններով հանդերձ դարձել է գործադիր իշխանության կցորդը և կատարում է քաղաքական իշխանության պատվերը:
Ամենավտանգավոր բանը, որ կիրառում են այս իշխանությունները, կալանքի ընտրությունն է որպես ցուցմունք կորզելու միջոց:
Իշխանության բազմաթիվ ներկայացուցիչներ տարբեր առիթներով խոսել են այն մասին, որ կալանավորումը ` որպես խափանման միջոց, պետք է կիրառվի բացառիկ դեպքերում, բայց ինչպես բազմաթիվ այլ դեպքերում, սրանք ևս լոկ բառեր են: Արդյունքում կալանքը ծառայում է ոչ թե իր սահմանադրական նպատակին, այլ դարձել է շանտաժի և ցուցմունք կորզելու գործիք: Այդ մասին վկայում է Ն. Փաշինյանի հրապարակային արտահայտած դիրքորոշումը, ինչպես նաև ԱԱԾ և ՀՔԾ պետերի միջև հայտնի գաղտնալսումների բովանդակությունը:
Այս առնչությամբ հրավիրում ենք բոլոր միջազգային կառույցների, ինչպես նաև միջազգային դիտորդների և միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների ուշադրությունը, քանի որ ներկա քաղաքական վիճակում մեր երկրի իրավասու և պատկան մարմինների ուշադրությունը հրավիրելն անիմաստ է»:
Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը դեկտեմբերի 7-ին անփոփոխ թողեց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանավորելու առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը։ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը դատարանում չէր։
