Միլանում ԵԱՀԿ արտգործնախարարների 25-րդ խորհրդի շրջանակում Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը դեկտեմբերի 6-ին հանդիպում ունեցավ Իսպանիայի ԱԳ, Եվրոպական միության և համագործակության նախարար Ջոզեփ Բորել Ֆոնտելեսիի հետ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական կայքից։

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ կատարվեց երկկողմ հարաբերությունների օրակարգային հարցերի լայն շրջանակի։ Արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները պատրաստակամություն հայտնեցին միասնական ջանքերով խթանելու հայ-իսպանական համագործակցությունը` որպես գերակա ուղղություններ առանձնացնելով առևտրատնտեսական, էներգետիկայի, ենթակառուցվածքների ոլորտները։ Կարևորվեց ստեղծարար կրթության և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների բնագավառը և այդ ոլորտում երկու երկրների փորձի փոխանակմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի նախաձեռնումը։

Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձան Հայաստան-ԵՄ գործընկերությանը: Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարն ընդգծեց Հայաստան-Եվրոպական Միություն Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի կարևորությունը ԵՄ անդամ երկրների հետ երկկողմ և բազմակողմ ձևաչափով հարաբերությունների զարգացման առումով: Նախարարի խոսքով ՀԸԳՀ-ն նաև կարևոր գործիք է Հայաստանում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների գործընթացը խթանելու առումով։ 

Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարն անդրադարձավ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած վերջին ներքաղաքական զարգացումներին՝ ընդգծելով Հայաստանի կառավարության հանձնառությունն ապահովելու միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան ընտրական գործընթաց։

Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը Ջոզեփ Բորել Ֆոնտելեսիին ներկայացրեց ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումները և մոտեցումները՝ նշելով, որ Արցախի անվտանգությունն ու կարգավիճակը Հայաստանի առաջնահերթություններ են:
