Ոստիկանությունը բացահայտել է Ամիրյան փողոցում տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակումը
SOCIETYՆոյեմբերի 30-ին Ամիրյան փողոցի ծաղկի խանութներից մեկում ավազակային հարձակում էր կատարվել: Շուրջօրյա գործող ծաղկի խանութ, լույսը դեռ չբացված, մի տղամարդ էր մտել, հարցուփորձ արել, որ ծաղիկն ինչ արժե, և երբ համոզվել էր, որ վաճառողուհին մենակ է, դանակի սպառնալիքով, հափշտակել էր դրամարկղի ողջ գումարը, բջջային ու քաղաքային հեռախոսներ, 3 վարդ և դիմել փախուստի:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, կատարվածի վերաբերյալ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում տեղեկացան օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից: Վաճառողուհին սրահի տիրոջն էր զանգել, սրահի տերն էլ` ոստիկանություն:
Քրեական հետախույզները Ամիրյան փողոց մեկնեցին: Դեպքի վայրի զննությունից հետո, տուժողը բաժին հրավիրվեց: «Միջահասակ էր, 40-ից 45 տարեկան, նիհար կազմվածքով, ռուսերեն էր խոսում, բայց ռուսի նման չէր»,- ասում էր վաճառողուհին:
Ավազակային հարձակում կատարած անձին և գողոնը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ քրեական հետախույզները անհետաձգելի որոնողական աշխատանքներ ձեռնարկեցին: Ականատես վկաներ հայտնաբերելու նպատակով, տարածքում օպերատիվ հարցումներ անցկացրին: Ուսումնասիրվեցին ծաղկի խանութի ու հարակից օբյեկտների տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունները: Տեսահսկող սարքերը ֆիքսել էին կասկածյալին:
Նա էր, ում նկարագրել էր տուժողը: Անհրաժեշտ էր ճշտել անձնական տվյալները, գտնվելու վայրը և, որ ամենակարևորն էր, հայտնաբերել նրան: Տեսագրությունների վերծանումից քրեական հետախույզները մոտավոր պատկերացում կազմեցին կասկածյալի արտաքին նկարագրի վերաբերյալ: Հետագայում ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի ծառայողների հետ համագործակցության արդյունքում, տեղեկություներ ստացվեցին, որ ավազակային հարձակումը հնարավոր է կատարած լինի Լենինգրադյան փողոցի բնակիչ Ժիրայր Գևորգյանը: Դեկտեմբերի 1-ին, ստացված տեղեկություններն իրացնելու արդյունքում, Գևորգյանը Լենինգրադյան փողոցում հայտնաբերվեց և բերման ենթարկվեց, սկզբում ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի, ապա Կենտրոնական բաժի: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ քննելու ուղղությամբ:
