Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը ՍՈՒ-25-ի վթարի վարկածներից բացառում է օդաչուների միջանձնային հարաբերության խնդիրը
SOCIETYՎթարված ՍՈՒ-25-ի հետևանքով զոհված օդաչուներ փոխգնդապետ Արմեն Բաբայանի և մայոր Մովսես Մանուկյանի մահվան պատճառը անձնական խնդիրը լինել չի կարող: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին դեկտեմբերի 8-ին «Եռաբլուր» զինվորական պանթեոնում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:
«Ցանկացած ավիացիոն միջադեպ, անկախ քրեական գործից, ունի մասնագիտական քննության հանձնաժողով, այն կավարտվի, բոլորս կիմանանք պատճառը: Ես հիմա չեմ ուզում որևէ բան ասել, որովհետև այն կարող է մնալ որպես տարբերակ ու շրջանառվել: Բայց քննությանը կարող եմ չսպասել ու բացառել անձնային հարաբերության որևէ խնդիր: Արմենը բոլորի հետ շատ լավ էր: Իր ենթակաների հետ շփվում էր իր երեխաների նման: ՍՈՒ-25-ի երիտասարդ օդաչուների մեծ մասի ինստրուկտորն էր»,- ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը:
Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով` զոհված երկու օդաչուներն էլ լեգենդար ավիացիոն ընտանիքներից էին:
«Բաբայան Արմենը ծագումով Հադրութից էր, Արցախյան պատերազմի ժամանակ հոր ջոկատի հետ մասնակցել էր մարտերին, հետո ընդունվել Ավիացիոն ինստիտուտ: Ինչ-որ առումով լեգենդար ավիատորի ընտանիքից էր, որովհետև իր հորեղբայրը, ով, ցավոք, Արցախում էլի ավիավթարից մահացավ, ավիացիայի վարչության պետի տեղակալն էր, ԽՍՀՄ-ում շատ հայտնի ինստրուկտոր-օդաչու, բարձրակարգ մասնագետ: Արմենը գնացել էր հորեղբոր ճանապարհով: Ցավոք, ինչպես ավիացիայի կանոններն են ասում. «Վթարի ենթարկվում են կամ գերպրոֆեսիոնալները կամ սկսնակ օդաչուները»: Արմենը մտավ այդ օրինաչափության մեջ: Մովսեսը լրիվ լեգենդար ավիացիոն ընտանիքից էր: Պապը, հայրը, մայրը, հորաքրոջ տղան բոլորն օդաչուներ են, ծառայում են մեր զինված ուժերում: Անչափահաս տարիքից մեծացավ աչքը երկնքից հառած: Ասում են. «Օդաչուները չեն մահանում, իրենք ուղղակի գնում ու հետ չեն գալիս», բայց սա մեծ կորուստ է մեր երկրի համար»,- նշեց Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:
Զոհված օդաչուներին հուղարկավորեցին «Եռաբլուր» զինվորական պանթեոնում:
ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ՍՈՒ-25 մարտական ինքնաթիռի վթարի հետևանքով մահացել են օդաչուներ՝ փոխգնդապետ Արմեն Բաբայանն ու մայոր ՄովսեսՄանուկյանը: Դեկտեմբերի 4-ին, ժամը 10.20-ի սահմաններում, կորել էր կապը ամենօրյա մարտական պատրաստության պլանով ուսումնամարզականթռիչք իրականացնող ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ՍՈՒ-25 մարտական ինքնաթիռի հետ: Ինքնաթիռը կործանվել էր Մարալիկի տարածաշրջանի լեռներում: Ինքնաթիռը թռիչքային երթուղի էր դուրս եկել ժամը 10.06-ին` Գյումրու օդանավակայանից: ՍՈՒ-25 մարտական ինքնաթիռի կործանման փաստի առթիվքրեական գործ է հարուցվել:
