SOCIETYՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը կատարեց իր քվեարկությունը Նուբարաշենում: «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում ՀՀ ոստիկանապետն ասաց, որ քվեարկել է հանուն լավ Երևանի:
Թե ինչով են տարբերվելու այս ընտրությունները, ՀՀ ոստիկանապետն ասաց այս օրերին միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվել, որպեսզի նախորդներից այս ընտրությունները տարբերվեն։
«Օրենքով նախատեսված բոլոր կանխարգելիչ աշխատանքները կատարվել են ոստիկանության կողմից և կարծում եմ՝ շատ լավ են իրականացվել այդ աշխատանքները։ Նաև համեմատելով նախորդ ընտրությունների հետ, ասեմ, որ նախադեպը չունեցող քարոզարշավ է տեղի ունեցել, ինքներդ էլ կարող եք դա փաստել։ Տեղի չի ունեցել որևէ արտառոց դեպք, որը, իհարկե, անթույլատրելի կհամարեինք։ Բայց ամեն դեպքում իրականացվել են օրենքով նախատեսված բոլոր միջոցները»,-ասաց Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը։
Հարցին, թե մինչև ընտրությունները դուք հանդիպեցիք ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով առաջադրված թեկնածուների հետ, դա ինչ–որ ազդեցություն ունեցա՞վ, բացի այդ, նաև ընտրակաշառքի հետ կապված ահազանգեր, տեղեկություններ ստացե՞լ է ոստիկանությունը, Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն ասաց, որ ի սկզբանե, երբ ինքն այցելել է Արագածոտնի մարզ, այնուհետև Շիրակի մարզ, որոշ քաղաքական ուժեր փորձել են դա քաղաքականացնել, բայց ոստիկանությունը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ քաղաքականությամբ չի զբաղվել և վաղն էլ չի զբաղվելու:
«Դա իմ նախաձեռնությունն էր հանդիպել քաղաքական ուժերի հետ, այդ թվում դաշինքների թեկնածուների հետ կանխարգելիչ աշխատանքների շրջանակներում, քանի որ բոլորս էինք մտահոգված, որպեսզի տեղի ունենան լավ ընտրություններ։ Ես իմ հանդիպումների ընթացքում ասել եմ, որ այնպես չէ, որ ոստիկանությունը չի կարող դա ինքնուրույն անել, դա փաստեց այն, որ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների ժամանակ մենք ունեցանք նորանկախ Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ լավագույն ընտրությունները»,– ասել է ոստիկանապետը՝ ավելացնելով, որ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ համագործակցությունը նպատակ է ունեցել էլ ավելի լավ ընտրություններ ունենալ։
«Ուղղակի ևս մեկ անգամ ցանկություն ունեցանք իրենց բացատրել, թե ինչ չի թույլատրվում, որպեսզի իրենք իրենց կուսակիցներին, ընտրողներին բացատրեին, որպեսզի մենք այսօր խնդիրներ չունենայինք»,– ասել է Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը։
