Վրաստանի ՍԴ-ն Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին մերժել է
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՎրաստանի Սահմանադրական դատարանը չի բավարարել Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների հայցը՝ Վրաստանի «Բարձրլեռնային շրջանների զարգացման մասին» օրենքի նորմերը ոչ սահմանադրական ճանաչելու մասին, որի պատճառով արտոնություններից չեն կարող օգտվել նույն շրջաններում բնակվող արտասահմանյան պետությունների քաղաքացիները, փոխանցում է «Գրուզիա-օնլայնը»:
Հայցվորները այդ նորմը խտրական էին համարում, սակայն երկրի Սահմանդրական դատարանը որոշել է, որ օրենքն ամբողջությամբ համապատասխանում է Վրաստանի սահմանադրությունը:«Դատարանը չի համաձայնվել հայցվորի փաստարկներին եւ նշել, որ ի տարբերություն Վրաստանի քաղաքացիների՝ Վրաստանի տարածքում արտասահմանցի քաղաքացիների գտնվելու հավանականությունը շատ ավելի փոքր է: Հետեւաբար՝ նրանց որոշակի ֆինանսական միջոցների փոխանցումը եւ վիճարկվող օրենքի նորմի միջոցով արտոնությունների տրամադրումը չի կարող արդյունավետորեն ծառայել այն լեգիտիմ նպատակին, ինչպիսին բարձրլեռնային շրջանների սոցիալական եւ տնտեսական զարգացումն է: Ուստի սահմանադրական հայցը չի բավարարվել»,- հայտարարել է Սահմանադրական դատարանի գլխավոր խորհրդական Գեորգի Սուլխանիշվիլին:
