Ականատես» դիտորդական առաքելությունը ներկայացրել է ժամը 14:00-ի դրությամբ ՀՀ ողջ տարածքում իրենց կողմից դիտարկվող 300 ընտրատեղամասերում գրանցված ընտրախախտումները:

Մասնավորապես, Երևանի 6/9 տեղամասում դիտորդը տեսաձայնագրել է քվեարկության գաղտնիության խախտման մի քանի դեպք, որտեղ անհայտ անձը ծրարներից դուրս է հանել քվեաթերթիկը, ստուգել այն, նորից տեղադրել ծրարում, դրանից հետո միայն ընտրողը հնարավորություն է ունեցել քվեաթերթիկը գցել քվեարկության արկղ։ 

Սպիտակի 22/22 տեղամասում ինքնուրույն քվեարկելու հնարավորություն չունեցող անձին օգնողի տվյալները չեն լրացվել։

Կոտայքի մարզի Արգել գյուղի 27/33 և Արմավիր քաղաքի 16/14 տեղամասային ընտրական կենտրոններում զինծառայողները քվեարկության են գնում շարային կարգով, ինչը ընտրական օրենսգրքի խախտում է: ՀՀ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի 65-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի համաձայն՝ «Զինծառայողները, ազգային անվտանգության և ոստիկանության զորքերում ծառայողները տեղամասային կենտրոն մուտք են գործում ոչ շարային կարգով»:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել է Tert.am-ը, ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցում է թվով 11 քաղաքական ուժ` 9-ը կուսակցություն և 2 դաշինք: Կուսակցությունների համար անցողիկ շեմ է համարվում 5 տոկոսը, դաշինքների համար` 7-ը:

2018-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ ոստիկանության կողմից վարվող ռեգիստրի վերջնական ցուցակներում ընտրողների թիվը կազմում է 2,573,779-ը: ՀՀ-ում կա 13 ընտրատարածք, որից 4-ը` Երևանում:

11 քաղաքական ուժը ներկայացրել է 1471 պատգամավորի թեկնածու:
