Ընտրախախտումների վերաբերյալ Քննչական կոմիտեն 20:00-ի դրությամբ ստացել է 38 հաղորդում
SOCIETYՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներում ՝ժամը 20:00-ի դրությամբ, ստացվել է 38 հաղորդում՝ Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրությունների ընթացքում արձանագրված ընտրախախտումների վերաբերյալ, որոնք առերեւույթ պարունակում են քրեական օրենսգրքով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներ։
Ստացված հաղորդումներից 8-ը Երեւանում է, 4-ը` Սյունիքի, 7-ը` Շիրակի, 3-ը` Արագածոտնի, 5-ը` Արարատի, 5-ը` Գեղարքունիքի, 2-ը` Արմավիրի, 1-ական` Վայոց Ձորի եւ Լոռու մարզերում: Եվս 2 նյութ, կրկնակի քվեարկության փորձ կատարելու վերաբերյալ, ստացվել է Զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում:
Առերեւույթ ընտրախախտում պարունակող նյութերից 35-ը վերաբերում են կրկնակի քվեարկության փորձին, 2-ը՝ քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը խախտելուն, 1-ը՝ ընտրողի ազատ կամքի իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելուն:
Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սիսիանի բաժնում ստացված նյութերից մեկով 34/47 ընտրատեղամասում արձանագրվել է մեկից ավելի անգամ քվեարկելու փորձ:
Դեպքն արձանագրվել է, երբ Շատաղ գյուղի՝ 1982 թվականի բնակիչը թոշակառու սկեսրոջը քվեարկություն կատարելու հարցում օգնելուց հետո իր կողմից քվեարկություն կատարելու համար իր անձնագրի փոխարեն կրկին ներկայացրել է սկեսրոջ անձնագիրը:
Արարատի մարզի քննչական վարչությունում ստացված նյութերից մեկով քաղաքացին 12/16 ընտրատեղամասում գրանցվել է որպես ընտրող եւ ստացել կտրոն, սակայն մինչեւ ընտրողների գրանցասեղանին մոտենալն այն կորցրել է: Վերադառնալով փորձել է կրկին գրանցվել եւ կտրոն ստանալ, ինչի արդյունքում էլեկտրոնային սարքավորման կողմից գրանցվել է որպես կրկնակի գրանցման փորձ:
ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի եւ Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին ստացված նյութերից մեկով 1944 թվականին ծնված քաղաքացին թիվ 13/17 ընտրատեղամասում 12:01-ին տեխնիկական սարքավորման միջոցով գրանցվել է որպես ընտրող, ստացել կտրոն, կատարել է ընտրություն եւ հեռացել ընտրատեղամասից: Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 16.40 թիվ 13/17 ընտրատեղամաս է ներկայացել նրա կինը, ում հագուստի գրպանում գտնվել է ինչպես իր, այնպես էլ՝ ամուսնու նույնականացման քարտը: Մոտենալով տեխնիկական սարքի միջոցով գրանցումն իրականացնող հանձնաժողովի անդամին՝ քաղաքացին իր նույնականացման քարտի փոխարեն սխալմամբ նրան է տվել ամուսնու նույնականացման քարտը, ինչի արդյունքում սարքը գրանցել է որպես կրկնակի գրանցման փորձ:
ՀՀ ՔԿ տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ հաղորդումներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ։
