ԿԸՀ-ն ԱԺ ընտրությունների քվեարկության օրը ստացել է ավելի քան 120 հեռախոսազանգ
SOCIETYԿենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի իրավաբանական վարչության պետ Լիլյա Հակոբյանը ներկայացրել է տեղեկություններ այսօրվա դրությամբ ստացված դիմումների վերաբերյալ:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ԿԸՀ իրավիճակների վերլուծության կենտրոնն ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների քվեարկության օրը ստացել է ավելի քան 120 հեռախոսազանգ.
«Իրավիճակների վերլուծության կենտրոնն այսօր աշխատանքը սկսել է 8:00-ին և այս պահին շարունակում է պատասխանել հեռախոսազանգերին: Բնական է, որ երբ զանգերի թիվը նվազել է 21:00-ից հետո, երբ արդեն ավարտվել էր քվեարկությունը: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, այս ընթացքում ԿԸՀ-ն ստացել է 120-ից ավելի հեռախոսազանգեր և տեղեկատվություն, որոնց վերաբերյալ պարզաբանումներ են տրվել: Դրանք եղել են տարաբնույթ:
Ամենամեծ քանակը կազմել են ՀՀ տարածքից դուրս գտնվող ընտրողների քվեարկությանը մասնակցելու հնարավորություններին: Պարզաբանվել է, որ ԸՕ-ն նման հնարավորություն չի նախատեսում և տեղամասերը ձևավորվում են միայն ՀՀ տարածքում: Երկրորդ խումբն այն ահազանգերն են, որոնք ստացել են քաղաքացիներից, ովքեր հիվանդության պատճառով չեն կարողացել ինքնուրույն ներկայանալ տեղամասային կենտրոն, բայց չեն գտնվում ստացիոնար բուժհաստատությունում: Պարզաբանում է տրվել, որ շրջիկ արկղի միջոցով իրենց չեն կարող քվեարկել, քանի որ դա հնարավոր է միայն բուժհաստատություններում և ձերբակալված մարդկանց վայրերում»,-ասել է նա:
