SOCIETYՑեղասպանությունը որպես հանցագործություն չի վերացել միջազգային քննարկումների օրակարգից, ցեղասպանությունների ռիսկը դեռ կա: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին «Ընդդեմ ցեղասպանության հանցագործության» գլոբալ ֆորումում ասաց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը՝ջերմորեն ողջունելով ֆորումի մասնակիցների հետընտրական առաջին առավոտը ՀՀ-ում:
Նրա խոսքով՝մենք ապրում ենք արագ փոփոխվող աշխարհում, աճող պոպուլիզմի, արմատականության, անհանդուրժողականության մի աշխարհում, որում մարդու իրավունքներն ընկնում են երկրորդ տեղ, ինչը չափազանց վտանգավոր է: «Մենք գիտենք, որ աճող, զարգացող սոցիալական ցանցերի, գաղափարների հարաճուն տարածման ժամանակաշրջանում, դժբախտաբար, նաև այնպիսի գաղափարների, որոնք սերմանում են անհանդուրժողականություն, ատելության փառաբանում, բախվում ենք մարտահրավերի: Այսօր անցկացվող ֆորումի հիմնական նպատակը պետք է միտված լինի այս խնդիրների լուծմանը, անհամբեր սպասում եմ այն գաղափարներին, մտքերին, որոնք կպարունակեն լուծումներ, որոնցով մենք կհարստացնենք մեր զինանոցը այս պայքարի շրջանակում»,-ասաց նա:
Արտգործնախարարի պաշտոնակատարը հիշեցրեց, որ 2015 թվականին ՄԱԿ-ն ընդհանուր ժողովում որոշում կայացրեց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակման միջազգային օրը սահմանելու վերաբերյալ: «2005-2018 թվականներին մենք խթանել ենք ցեղասպանության կանխարգելման հիմնական ջանքերը: 2015 թվականին Հայաստանը ևս մեկ օժանդակ միջոց բերեց այս գործընթացի իրականացմանը ՝մասնավորապես այս համաշխարհային ֆորումի կազմակերպմամբ և ես խորապես շնորհակալ եմ բոլորիդ այսօր Հայաստան գալու համար»,-ընդգծեց Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ֆորումին մասնակցում է նաև գիտական համայնքի՝ ցեղասպանագետների ներկայացուցչական խումբ, որը հավաքվել է կանխարգելման լավագույն մեթոդը մշակելու համար՝ հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնելով կրթության վրա:
