ԿԸՀ-ն դեռ չի հաշվարկել, թե որ ուժը որքան մանդատ կունենա խորհրդարանում
POLITICSԿենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը նախնական տվյալներով խորհրդարան անցած ուժերի միջև մանդատների բաշխման հաշվարկ դեռ չի կատարել: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ԿԸՀ տեղեկատվական կենտրոնում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում այս մասին ասաց ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:
«Մանդատների բաշխման վերաբերյալ ձեռնպահ կմնամ որևէ թիվ ներկայացնելուց, բայց պետք է նկատի ունենալ, որ դեռ կան իրականացվելիք գործառույթներ, որոնց ընթացքում անդրադարձ կկատարվի նաև այդ հարցերին: Այդ գործառույթների իրականացումից հետո նոր կընդունվի որոշում ընտրությունների վերջնական արդյունքների վերաբերյալ ու կնշվի նաև ուժերի ստացած մանդատների թիվը: Այդ կապակցությամբ ընտրական օրենսգիրքը հստակ ժամկետներ է սահմանել»,-ասաց Մուկուչյանը:
Մուկուչյանի խոսքով՝ հաշվարկների վերաբերյալ այժմ հնչող տեսակետները կարող են տարբերվել վերջնական հաշվարկներից: ԿԸՀ նախագահը նշեց, որ մանդատների հաշվարկման համար հստակ կարգավորված համակարգ կա:
«Առաջին քայլով որոշվում է կուսակցությունների ու դաշինքների ցուցակը, որոնք հաղթահարել են շեմը, դրանից հետո 105 մանդատները համամասնորեն բաժանվում են նրանց միջև, որից հետո այդ մանդատների կեսը կտրվի համամասնական ցուցակին, կեսը տարածքային ընտրական ցուցակներին, բայց նախ որոշվելու է յուրաքանչյուր տարածքին տրվելիք մանդատների թիվը, նոր դրանից հետո կորոշվի, թե որ անձիք են ստանում այդ մանդատները, կախված իրենց ստացած ձայներից»,-նշեց Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:
ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների քվեարկությունից հետո 7-րդ օրը տեղի կունենա ընտրությունների արդյունքները ամփոփումը: Արդյունքների ամփոփումից հետո կհայտարարվի նաև 7-րդ գումարման ԱԺ առաջին նիստը:
