ՀՀ 7-րդ գումարման ազգային ժողովում կլինի 132 պատգամավոր. «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքը կունենա 88 մանդատ, ԲՀԿ-ն՝ 26, ԼՀԿ-ն՝ 18

Ըստ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի՝ Ազգային ժողովը բաղկացած է նվազագույնը 101 պատգամավորից: 6-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովն ուներ 105 պատգամավոր և Սահմանադրության պահանջի համաձայն՝ ապահովում էր 30% ընդդիմությունը: Նվազագույն 101-ին գումարվել էր 4 մանդատ՝ ազգային փոքրամասնությունների մանդատները:

ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքներով՝ «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքը ստացել է ձայների 70.44%-ը, ինչից ելնելով, ոչ իշխանական ուժերին տրվելու են լրացուցիչ մանդատներ ԱԺ-ում բավարար չափով ընդդիմությունն ապահովելու համար:

Ընտրական օրենսգրքով մանդատների բաշխումը կատարվում է հետևյալ կերպ. կուսակցությունների կամ դաշինքների ստացած ձայների թիվը (ոչ թե տոկոսները) բազմապատկվում է 101 թվով (ԱԺ-ի մանդատների նվազագույն թվով) և բաժանվում է խորհրդարան անցած քաղաքական ուժերին կողմ քվեարկած քվեաթերթիկների հանրագումարին:

Այսինքն՝ «Իմ քայլի» 884 849 ձայնը բազմապատկվում է 101-ով և բաժանվում 1 մլն 68 հզր 697-ի և ստացվում է 83,6, հետևաբար «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքը ստանում է 84 մանդատ: Նույն կերպ հաշվարկվում են նաև նվազագույն շեմը հաղթահարած ԲՀԿ-ի ու ԼՀԿ-ի մանդատները:

Այսպիսով՝ «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքը կստանա 84 մանդատ, ԲՀԿ-ն՝ 10 մանդատ, «Լուսավոր Հայաստանը»-ը՝ 7 մանդատ, իսկ այդ կերպ ԱԺ-ում 1/3 ընդդիմությունը չի ապահովվի:

ԸՕ-ի 95-րդ հոդվածի 9-րդ կետի համաձայն՝ պատգամավորների 4 մանդատ բաշխվում է ազգային փոքրամասնության ներկայացուցիչների միջև` ընտրություններին նախորդող վերջին մարդահամարի տվյալներով առավել մեծ թվով մշտական բնակչություն ունեցող առաջին չորս ազգային փոքրամասնություններից յուրաքանչյուրին մեկ մանդատ սկզբունքով:

 
 
Այդ կերպ ևս 4 մանդատ գումարվում է «Իմ քայլի» մանդատներին, և նրանք կունանան 88 մանդատ:

Դրան գումարվում է նաև լրացուցիչ մանդատների թիվը ԲՀԿ-ին և ԼՀԿ-ին, որով նրանք կստանան լրացուցիչ մանդատներ ընդդիմության 1/3 մասը խորհրդարանում ապահովելու համար:

ԲՀԿ-ի 10 մանդատին կգումարվի 16 մանդատ, իսկ ԼՀԿ-ի 7 մանդատին կգումարվի ևս 11-ը և ԼՀԿ-ն կունանա 18 մանդատ:

Հետևաբար, այս պահի դրությամբ ԿԸՀ-ի ներկայացրած արդյունքներով՝  

«Իմ քայլը» դաշինքը կունենա 88 մանդատ, ԲՀԿ-ն՝ 26, ԼՀԿ-ն՝ 18:

Յուրաքանչյուր կուսակցությանը հասանելիք լրացուցիչ մանդատների թիվը որոշվում է հետևյալ կերպ. այդ կուսակցության ստացած մանդատների թիվը բազմապատկվում է ԼՄ թվով, ստացված թիվը բաժանվում է լրացուցիչ մանդատներ ստացող կուսակցությունների՝ մինչև լրացուցիչ մանդատներ տալը ստացված մանդատների ընդհանուր թվի վրա, և առանձնացվում են ամբողջ թվերը, որոնք տվյալ կուսակցությանը հասանելիք լրացուցիչ մանդատների թվերն են:
